I have met witches, been friends with many who were at some point labeled or accused of being witches by others, and not once have I ever experienced any of the many tall tales told by your pastors and mogs in your churches. As a matter of fact, I have come to realize that many of your pastors and mogs, including many of those testimony givers you lot host, are pathological liars who can't help themselves but lie. So, unless you have a real-life story to tell, spare me the tales abeg! undecided

Sounds funny but I can imagine your situation. You need to calm down and find a way of convincing her that "faith without works is dead". That's a Bible quote. A lot is also said about diligence, wisdom, knowledge and the good use of talents and gifts. The problem is that most people are so gullible. They listen to the clerics without making efforts to read the word of God on their own.

Don't fight her. Teach her to understand what is required of her as a Christian based on scripture and not the manipulations of pastorpreneurs. She won't disown you. A mother's love is infinite and the ultimate.

Back then she was active and bubbling.

all of a sudden my mother left Catholic faith and started messing around with different churches.
This has cause countless rift between us, my dad and elder sister have done everything possible but my mum is too brainwashed by these Pentecostal pastors.

How can someone be attending Christ embassy and winners chapel?? I Heard she wants to join mountain of fire but changed her mind.

Yet she never gain anything from it
I have been sending her money for her for upkeep since November last year only to come back home February this year and discovered she donates everything to different churches

I feel she might have a mental disorder and I don't know how to save her.
She literally spends all the money in church donation tithe and all those craps. And those pastors always calling her to come for one program or the other. I don't know what to do

Does she have a particular problem that she's trying to resolve? Find out and encourage her with any similar story from the Bible to prove that she can fight her battle on her own. Hopefully, she'll go back to her regular Church. God listens to and answers anyone who calls upon him in spirit and in truth. His response may not be exactly what we want but it will be what is best for the time and season.

God says He only answers those who are Holy and Righteous and His response, as Jesus Christ made clear is always in the affirmative. So why deviate from that which is of scripture? undecided

Partially. It's not bad to learn a thing or two about world views and beliefs of other cultures and races. It's not always entirely a bad thing. Most cultures have learnt from journeys and invasions into other lands and tribes and have borrowed doctrines and ways of life.

But the moment you superimpose it upon your own original culture and completely suppress your own roots like what is happening in Ilorin or the Hausalands, or even the South where xtians demonise their own traditions, then that becomes absolute lunacy!

When you think you've arrived and know too much then you'll find out that you know nothing at all. Be careful how you use your mouth and what you say about your mum, cos you might not know the depth of her sacrificial givings and the things it's doing even in your own life.

No she is not mad. She is just desperate for the protection and success of her family especially you her children.

My mom did that for about a decade but today, thank God it has reduced.

Please do not insult her, simply let her know that she has to focus on Jesus in a good church.

You see this life, if you will not believe the Truth for free, you will buy the lie with pain.
She is simply paying for not being a born-again mother from the start.

Please let her know that all she needs is to be born again and focus on Jesus Christ. She needs to receive the Holy Spirit and start learning of Christ like a new believer.

She thinks it is pastors that will answer her prayers where as it is God, her Father Himself that answers prayers and He simply wants her to focus on Him and build a relationship.
God Himself will take care of her battles.

You and your siblings also need to be born again. You have no idea of the battles you inherited simply by being born. Also the battles you acquire through marriage. You need Jesus Christ, not only to protect you but to Lead you through Life.
