As for me, I always look forward to corn season.
I like my corn boiled, but I can't decide between ube and coconut, which I prefer to pair with my corn.

Just wash fresh corn with the leaves and put in microwave. Cook for 6-8 mins
Bring out and remove leave
Slap butter/margarine on the corn and eat

Thankfully with the incoming 8k by our Lord and saviour the looters of Lagos, we'll be able to eat corn to our satisfaction

Rather eat corn alone than with coconut.
Anytime I see people eat corn with coconut I just imagine what they find pleasant in that tiring combination.
Corn with pear,both boiled,both roasted or roasted corn with boiled pear is just God's gift to Nigeria!
