Hello nairalander,

Please, I need your help on how to go about this: My father gave me a gift of deed of 5M from the sales of his property that he sold in 2020. I used 1.7m to acquire a landed property and I channeled the rest into investment with the profits from my business. Now I would like to liquate my investment of 18M. Please, what supporting docs do I need as regards to this? Thank you all

Thank you Jesus
It's PPR for a family of 3
2 study visa and one SOWP

I want to appreciate everyone on this platform for Thier contributions. I used an agent for my application but I learnt a lot from this platform which really helped me.

Application date -31st of May 2023
PPR for parents - 14/07/2023
PPR for child. - 21/07/2023
We did upfront medicals but we still got medical requests. We sent the results to them again via webform

PPR for child was delayed because we submitted with his old passport that was supposed to expire by August, after submission the new passport came out and IRCC requested for his new passport which we later sent.

Thank you everyone for your contributions.
Wishing everyone who is expecting PPR a huge success.

🙏 , Congratulations

Please, how much is it to request for GCMS notes and how long does it take? Also, are the reasons for refusal well detailed in it or there’s actually no point requesting for it?

I’m confused in the first name and surname space for application in bow valley college

My program is a Masters program but with a qualifying year. My POF was 10m and the annual tuition is supposed to be around $7kCAD. I would apply for my gcm notes in the coming days so I can figure out the exact reason for denial.

You can request for free one and get it within a month. And it's detailed in the sense that you know the exact reason why you were rejected. So It's important

Ohk. Good idea. Request for your gcms notes

Did you apply before the increment of rate? If yes, then your pof was definitely not enough. Also what supporting docs did you submit. Were you the sponsor. Can I see your sop that you submitted??
