Good day gurus in the house, I tried paying for IHS of Visa Fee after paying for 3 persons successfully,
I couldnt pay for remaining 2 family members.
Please help, the card kept declining . I need help in paying my Ihs and visa fee. Payment keeps declining. Who can assist? Thank you in advance.
I have been trying for two days now

How were you able to resolve it?. I'm currently experiencing the same.

Even if you were banned which you were not , I think it's worth trying . You can apply for 6 months and add all supporting docs.
There is a question Abt if you have been in the UK in the last 10 years, since your answer is No, there won't be a need to refer to your overstay .
He must refer to his overstay. Any period of illegality or staying without valid leave or visa refusal should not be hidden. Someone overstayed 20 years ago in 2000 and just last month didn’t fill it on his form. He didn’t remember and must have dropped his information somewhere because there was no fingerprinting then. He has just received his visa decision with a fresh 10 years ban. This is now 30 years of kissing UK goodbye and I trust it will be for life.

I overstayed my UK Study visa and voluntarily returned in 2013. I am being invited for a book promotion tour in Sept as well as a friend's wedding. Some people say that because it's been 10 years, I can apply and my visa may be considered. Others say it is mission impossible and the Home Office will never reconsider an overstayer.
Kindly let me know any real-life examples you have seen of anyone who overstayed. Were their future visas ever approved or not?.
Hi. The reasons you have put above for wanting to obtain a visa at this moment to me sound vague and insubstantial. No one can give you any guarantee because there is no such guarantee that after a specific time period they will overlook your overstaying period, it is totally dependent upon the entry clearance officer and how they see your application.
If it were spouse visa I would say 100% chance that your visa will be granted but here (visit visa) I would say 50/50 because already you have breached the law once

Wow!!!
Where will he need to mention it? Is it one of those Yes or No questions towards the end of the forms or a cover or letter of explanation.

@puffmama it is one of those yes or no questions. Have you ever been deported, entered the UK illegally and so on… those questions

Thanks for your response. The reason I stated sounds vague is because I have abbreviated it and not disclose enough to protect y identity. I am going on PURELY BUSINESS. I have created a publishing company and sell a number of niche books that are promoting diversity which are fast gaining popularity around the world even more than in my home continent. My partners in the UK have invited me to come an promote them during Black history month.

try to visit other countries as well doing this promotion to help boost your case as overstaying is on your profile. It’s upto the ECO.

So I have been working on this refusal I got in June, I have successfully moved all my funds from this account that got rejected to a dom account with FCMB (I opened this account a long time ago with an opening balance of 10 pounds and haven't operated it since then until this month July). This is also the account I will also be getting my salary (currently june salary; june's salary was delayed so it can be sent into this dom account)
1. Since my condition has changed, when do you think I can reapply again? I am thinking of August, is that okay?
2. I haven't taken money out of the accounts since May, reason because I am trying to save up for a study visa to another European country. Is this going to be a problem and for the application question of 'How much do you spend monthly?', how best do I answer it?

Please I would really appreciate your responses. Thank you

Jayyjay:
Hello, Good afternoon everyone, I just received this refusal letter.
Like, as I have mentioned before on this thread, I work remotely with a company in UK, I even submitted the bank statements of the company and in my own statements, every salary I received came with a description of the company's name (I even mentioned this in my cover letter). I receive my salary through Grey and I even talked with their support line and they agreed that I could use my bank statement. Anyway, I know better and hopefully, anyone in my shoes can be aware.
For the 2nd reason, it is funny because on a norm, someone can't have a specific amount he or she spends monthly and based on what I read here, I wrote the highest I ever spent in 6 months, so I won't come off as a dishonest person.

Please if you know anything I can do better in case of next time, I would appreciate it if you could let me know because I was really careful during this application

This came to mind today as well .
It appears they are giving priority to student visas now and visitors visa are taking a bit longer than usual . Someone I know did biometrics since 17th July and it's still at DMC.

Is it the agent that told you that there is no date or you checked by yourself?

Ah you have been scammed oh.

What sort of rubbish is this? Why are people wicked? And they think this extra money they scam people off will make their life better.

The agent told me that there is no date yet. But I keep seeing people going for biometrics . In her words , “you will get”

Did the agent show you the filled and submitted forms?
I think it’s best you start the process yourself .date have been available like forever.
If possible arrest that agent

Guys please, for visitors visa, must the pof be up to 3 months?

Also, when getting a letter from place of work to show ties or something, are there any specific details the letter should contain? Should it be dated?

Any advice to help boost application would be appreciated please

The person would be applying solo to come for tourism/vacation so no mention of sponsor or family or friends. Except of course this would help in anyway.

Please help. He has about 6M in account which started counting last month

he or she needs to show statements to corroborate the financial circumstances they claim they have. Having 6 million or 100 billion in the account is of no importance to the ECO. It is how the money came about and how to prove that on the balance of probabilities such a person will be returning home as their financial/economic/personal circumstances are established and tied down in Nigeria and can not afford to run away during the said trip. So 6 million that magically started counting last month will not impress any ECO.

he needs to prove the source of funds from wherever they came from and show reasons through his documentation why he will not run away . Read the thread for documentation one can provide to help their applications

you are been deceived/duped. They should start by showing you your application forms first paid for.
