I prefer Fresneda. He is young and talented. If it works, then himself and Balde can hold down that position for quite sometime.

At 29, Cancelo is already approaching the end. And the singular reason that he can be divisive, does not sit well with me. Xavi obviously prefers him because of his experience. At this point, Xavi prefers to have seasoned professionals who already understand what is expected, in his team. Also because of the exit of Dembele.

Yes he mentioned it in a couple of interviews that he would like to be a Barca captain. But dude rarely talks or relates actively with other players. He hardly looked like a leader. I would have been surprised if anyone voted for him.
