If it doesn’t disturb you in the afternoon, you are okay. There are some people who don’t need much sleep compared to the general population. Though, your situation is a recent thing compared to those who’ve been the way since childhood. Go to a doctor for a checkup. |

Do regular exercise. u blood flow circulates better, u metabolic rate gets high and stabilises and u are tired bt calm and bound to sleep or get a good rest. Do not use or get addicted to sleeping pills or drugs. There are numerous healthy ways to cure insomnia. 7 Likes |

Once you start taking sleeping pills, you'll get addicted and it's not good. besides you see this mobile handset ehn, it's a distraction. It won't just let you sleep. The latter (second) one, normally happens in the early stages of entrepreneurship. The reality of processes sets in; The number of ends to cover, creativity, inspiration from everywhere. I listen to audio book every night to fall asleep with my Bluetooth earpiece. I find it hard to sleep without my audio book otherwise my mind will be busy and hard to fall asleep. |

If you are idle, that could be one of the reasons. If you stay indoors much during the day, you will also likely experience that. Also, if you are a person that always stay awake beyond midnight, there is a tendency that it will affect your sleep Advice: Don't wait till you feel sleepy before going to bed, once it's 10pm, switch off your gadgets and go to bed. Buy sipron,they re of 2 types, anyone should be fine or super appetite, take half of the tablet for the time and if it works, fine and if not take a full tablet. Don't depend on this please, I only use it when I can't sleep and I need to. |
