There is no way he will get a ban for not submitting his passport, failure to submit your passport upon request simply means you are no longer interested and your application will be declined. The agent is blabbing about that tenderjunkie: |

Good day Everyone. Please l need advice on POF and statement of account. l have been using my company account(zenith) for all my savings and expenses and my other account (first bank) is with little or no fund. As a result of the 4-6months statement of account l opened Globus bank last month and l planned to use it for my POF, l want to sell an asset (20m) to use it for my POF because it is a family application. Please l planned to submit application in September for January 2024 intake. Please what do you think? |

If the agent is refusing to bend to him. Let him get a new passport then submit it for stamping, he should initiate the linking of the portal as directed. Cut the agent off, but make sure the new passport get to the ircc before the due date. Let him start all process immediately and send pic to the agent when he arrive in Canada. tenderjunkie: |

HopefulSuccess:Birth certificates. If you two don't share the same surname, a family tree can also be used to show how you two are related. |

yetty002: Yetty, this arrangement no tidy o. If you have an existing account with history, why do you want to open a brand new one and pay huge lump sum inside? You will then be left with the difficult task of explaining to the VO you have a lump sum and the money is going to a brand-new account- this gives too many red flags. If you are selling a property let it go into your account with history, except the funds is from ********* 4 Likes |

Hello House, greetings to everyone. Question please. I have a study permit and want to apply for the Spousal Open work permit for my spouse and study permit for my kids. What is the best approach for it, should I apply myself or my spouse applies for it? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 7:44pm On Aug 05, 2023 |
Okay, that is much better but he can get the visitor visa if he link the portal, do a new passport and send it over for stamping tenderjunkie: 1 Like |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Abigbo: 7:46pm On Aug 05, 2023 |
No they don't. You have to apply through OCAS though. Go throughthe ocas site, there are lots of colleges with their specific program requirements in terms of subject like maths, chemistry and so on. Then as for the agent stuff, i think it's just cambrian college that does this. Another thing to note though, sometimes for mature applicants applying for diploma if the study gap year is quite high, admission may not be given. zubizareta: 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Abigbo: 8:10pm On Aug 05, 2023 |
Ok wasn't aware of that but if it's cambrian that one is 100% agent, but there are other schools in Ontario you can try. Just go through OCAS and look for colleges that do what u're looking for. Ontario colleges seem more welcoming to international students zubizareta: |

Why is everyone applying for visit visa for their kids? Is it allowed to apply for visit visa for kids and can they school and have resident permit? Is it also easier to get visit visas? Thanks |
