Nigeria let the good people of Niger Republic breathe, lift those sanctions on that innocent country that's still under French colonization. Niger’s junta has appointed an economist, Ali Mahamane Lamine Zeine as the transitional prime minister on Monday.https://businessday.ng/news/article/meet-ali-mahaman-lamine-zeine-the-new-prime-minister-of-niger/ 31 Likes 3 Shares

Gen Abacha had the seasoned Anthony Ani as Minister of Finance and still fleeced Nigeria. Look, appointing a seasoned economist as figure head Prime Minister doesn't stop Junta from looting. The appointment is PR. Nobody argues with a man holding an AK47. Soldiers are not trained to govern any country. It is an aberration. Coup plotters don't come with any roadmap to develop the country. Things are done according to whims and caprices of the junta leader. They are accountable to nobody. Besides, coup plotting is a high risk venture and looting the country is usually the dividend. Soldiers are trained to kill enemies of the country. They give orders and orders are obeyed strictly in line with some rigid hierarchical structure. 284 Likes 25 Shares |

Some people are already turning this issue in a tribal thing and accusing the Nigeriens of ethnic jingoism but they don't know the Coup leader is a Christian. Niger Republic is doing everything Nigeria swore will never happen in Nigeria. AsomughaChuks05: ;Dhahaha lol Unna still dey dream that thing? Bazoum will be sent to exile soon. Zimbabwe, Uganda, Iran, Russia, China even this same Nigeria is under some kind of sanction from the West, who has died? Dey there dey chop Western countries' faeces, we are in a multi-polar world now sanctions do not work anymore. And the day Nigeria tries to invade Niger not only will Nigeria never remain the same but Nigerians will become the enemy of African countries and the most hated group among Black people. Most African people are with Niger, even worldwide hell even some Nato/EU countries like Italy are secretly with them. The war mongering and oppressive USA and the West are setting a trap for Africa, go and dive in. 142 Likes 13 Shares |

LocalStandard1: Selecting and appointing this small school boy they can toss around is clear indication that the coupists are still playing. Niger needs Nigeria. They can NEVER do without Nigeria. That coup Leader knows there is nowhere to go than to do the wish of Nigeria. The moment you see the same people who supported and jinxed Mr Peter Obi , Mr Nnamdi Kanu etc supporting the coupists, I knew the coupists are jinxed with bad luck of not getting their wish. Nobody or nothing they support ever ends well. Check my signature for free stuffs! 130 Likes 14 Shares

ivolt: Most sanctions imposed on niger by nigeria have being an own goal. We end up hurting ourselves than them. They are parts and parcel of northern nigeria. touch them, you touch nigeria. Worst off, they are already poor, these sanctions hardly get at them rather it bounces back on us. 21 Likes 2 Shares |

This military regime has come to stay in Niger. West can only plot countercuop. Sanctions are becoming ineffective. France is the looser in this game. Diplomatically US would benefit. Economically, China would benefit. Politically, Russia has an advantage. 27 Likes |

The pope of the Catholic Church made sure the sent cardinals to force and see the kings of Europe met with their wishes of political grip to power , when in disagreement they send one against the other or cajoled the next in line to the throne to usurp the kings or declare a bastard hair successor to the throne , same is the game of senet aka chess and tinubu has become a pawn to the west 6 Likes |

FreeStuffsNG: Nigeria needs Niger for what? A country that has over half of its population in poverty? Over 33% unemployment? Inflation 23% Exchange rate uselèss. The way you Ebola Supporters reason is very funny. Nigeria should first help itself before helping another poor country. Btw, what's Peter Obi's name doing in this post? Is he the newly appointed PM of Niger? Ode 25 Likes 2 Shares |

Lol, when tribe is involved, it doesn't matter your faith. I am a Christian but I supported Tinubu a Muslim because he is my tribe and nothing else. As long as he has the guts to turn things around, it doesn't matter what he worships. Jonathan was kicked out not because he was a Christian but because he was a minority. Jonathan didn't make a second term but Buhari did because their tribe population differs and it matters, as democracy is a game of the majority. If Jonathan was from a majority tribe, no matter how he ill-performed, it would be difficult to kick him out just as in the case of Buhari. If this junta general was from a minority, no matter how strong he thinks he is, they would have killed him before the coup d'etat. Right now, everyone is on hold watching because it appears the people are in his support. But how will this PM deal with their economic downturn under sanctions? Will they all turn supernatural farmers in their desert country overnight knowing too well that they import 70% of agricultural products from northern Nigeria and now that very border is closed? The coup will hurt but Niger and Nigerians but they're at the extreme end. Bazoum have learnt his lessons and if he's reinstalled, he'll do the very right thing to avoid future coup. With Bazoum, all sanctions will be lifted and things will be normal. After 4 months, many Nigeriens will japa to Nigeria and other neighbouring countries because the hardships will be much and worst still, they can't protest against their military government. Chai, they're in deep mess. They've probably discovered the truth that Bazoum was trying and they themselves have no idea to run the government that's why they've appointed a PM. Chai, I pity Niger. My advice to them is that they should cut all ties with the US, France, UK, and most especially Russia and instead strengthen ties with their fellow neighbouring African countries because that's the only way out of this. You mean the junta led by Hausas, Fulani and Djerma, have removed a minority Arab to restore power to the same majority tribes that have been ruling all these years until 2yrs ago? Is that rocket science? 82 Likes 1 Share |

I see lots of Id*outs here. As I speak there are reports by the military leaders of Niger Republic that the French have invaded their airspace and have released rebels(aka, terrorists) in the country. These demons in the west will not leave Africa alone. Northern Muslims what is your problem? Why are you quiet about the happenings in Niger and Nigerian puppets aggression against these people of Niger? Tinubu and the very short sighted Yoruba are plunging West Africa and even the whole of Africa in a mess just to prove "Jagaban" and so called "pepper the Igbos", what say you Northern Muslims? I am a Christian from Southern Kaduna, this fight is neither cause of religion, tribe or politics, it is for the liberation of all Africa and the Black people from centuries and centuries of steady subjugation, slavery, colonialism, neocolonialism, mockery, oppression, racism, stealing, killings, sabotage and destructions of all Africa and Blacks. Me nene matalan ku yan Arewa? Wawanchin Bai isa aka ba? Kun king jinin Nyamarai sosai Kun zama wawayu? (I can't write in Hausa much) To the average Yoruba everything is tribalism and deep seated hate and jealousy , recklessness at the expense of their own good and freedom from Western hegemony. Awon 'we are eternal slaves and lovers of the west'. We are watching! 19 Likes 2 Shares |

As you can see all Yorub/SW people are against Niger and its people today, they wish them death, they wish them destruction, they wish them total poverty and suffering but all for what really? Why so much and so sudden desdain for what a people of another country aspire for themselves? Do you know that uptil now the Francophone countries are still subjugated and colonized? Do you know why Francophone African countries are the the poorest in the world? Do you not know that progress and success of your neighbor is contagious and transferable even to you? Do you not know the modern day slavery Africa still is under the paled-skin person, the desdain, hate, repulsion, bad intentions towards us? It shall come to you faster than know too, it is at the doorstep already and it will be unleashed. 7 Likes |
