That's why I wasn't too content with our first half even with the dominant display.

NF weren't dominating nor had chances but the few times they'll do, I see our defence opened up but fortunately for us, it wasn't capitalized.

Even our creativity of opening up their bus was lacking. We just deh pass left, right, side and back.

I'm just happy the game opened up and took that turn towards the end. Hopefully, Arteta ditches that formation and do what we normally know

I saw some positives in that formation. The only draw back was Havertz not getting on the ball and releasing Martinelli more on the left. If Trossard was there, the game would have ended 3 or 4-0.

The NF goal was a defensive distraction as Partey and White were out of position and both lacked pace.

I prefer Gabriel on the LCB to Timber, I also prefer Timber on RCB to White.

A back 3 allows you to be dominant and when you are dominant you win.

Nobody hates Martinelli, no one here has ever mentioned he should be sold either. How you arrived at “you guys hate on Martinelli” is amusing.

Critiquing a player’s weakness is not same as hating. For me in big games, I prefer Martinelli comes in from bench cos of his poor decision making sometimes.
