According to a Facebook post by Ebriku John Friday, Baba Dosumu in 1964 led today’s international evangelist and General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry as well as the convener of Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK), Pastor Dr William Folorunso Kumuyi to Christ.

He also mentored him till he was established in the faith. He later joined Pastor Kumuyi after he was excommunicated from his former church, Apostolic Church.

Pastor Kumuyi introduced him to the leaders at the 50th Anniversary Luncheon.
