Accidents in Ogun state are like this.

Speed, hit a pot hole while speeding, lose control and die.
I believe that's what happened.

Ogun state needs to fix it's roads, I spend shit tons of fuel on bad roads. Normally it shouldn't take 5 minutes but because the road is bad it takes over 30 minutes.

People drive in Nigeria as if they have seven lives. I always tell the driver that picks me up...please wait and let that vehicle pass...that 5 seconds wont kill my arrival time. As a defensive driver, I am always shocked how we take driving with levity...a very dangerous thing...once you lose control of the car...there is nothing that can save you...if its pouring cats and dogs, and you cant drive...be like the Americans...pull to a safe place and wait. Always look at your side and rearview mirror and get away from those the devil has possessed to pass you...Dont let anyone take you to an early grave. The smallest hole...some will try to drive into it...even sidewalks and highway sides not meant for vehicles, I see Nigerians driving by it...so accident news sadly dont surprise me anymore. I tell everyone stay awake and caution your driver lest you wake up dead in a strange land.
