they don't know how brilliant this man is ....pep knows the type of players he want to align with his coaching philosophy and methodology.

Reason he tells club owners upfront that he must buy players himself the one that suits his style...his goal keeper Elderson is a practical example....haaland of recent .

This man is so brilliant that he can alter and make modification to the team tactics in the middle of the season just to confuse his opposition and will bring the required resources to execute it ..he kept stones at DM and he excelled ....partnering Rodri and sometimes doing it alone ..someone who was a central defender for years at Everton could now drive the ball as a DM to opponent 18 yard box and make killer passes.

Yes I know he is good. I love the possession football his teams play. What I don't like to hear is the hype.
