Waste of time!

This PEPT is a waste of time! Damn! In their judgement on APM's petition, they literally said they don't have the jurisdiction to determine if a candidate is qualified or disqualified, that the High court should have handled the case as it's pre election not post election matter.

The major part of Peter Obi's petition is pre-election matter.

For those of you who only see court room in Nollywood, this is how court operates.

The Tribunal must follow the law to the letter, not all the rantings going out there will determine the outcome of the case.

It is trite in law that he who alleges must prove.

They failed to establish their case.

Those advocating for justice the most are merely seeking for judgement that rules in their favour and are not interested in the fact or truth of the law.

You want to become a judge in your own case?
Buying corrupt judges is nothing to people who boldly tell the opposition to go to court after rigging the election. Anyone hoping for a positive outcome was born yesterday.

We kept telling all the online miscreants that the letters and eyes of law is different from ordinary eyes. Judges merely examine your case and presentation and interpret the law.

Law doesn't listen to emotions and sentiments.

I will take you serious if you can point to any part of the judgement so far that you disagree with.

Let us talk on fact and dont be frivolous in your accusation.

I doubt you are even listening to the judgement. So typical!

Atiku's petition is being bloodied as I type.

How can you approach the Tribunal without clear cut evidence. The Tribunal Judge was so clear and pointed out the loopholes in their petition.

For instance, Atiku claimed his votes were reduced without citing exact number of votes that were reduced and the pooling booth it took place.
The tribunal said it was too generic and evasive and lacks substance.
It is actually the verdict on Peter Obi and LP's petition that is being read now not Atiku's.

Yes I know. They raised that in Atiku too.

These litigants are jesters. They have no fact to approach the Tribunal.

The Tribunal ought to impose a fine on them for wasting the time of the court.

Those with common sense know all three petitions by APM, LP and PDP will be dismissed. The most ridiculous of them was the petition by LP. You made no effort to prove you actually won the election, you came third and did not join the person who came second in your suit, your entire petition is based on matters that are statute barred (e.g things that happened 10 yrs ago) or in which you have no locus standi ( what is your business in who another party nominates to stand in an election, irrelevancies that have already been determined (irev has no basis in determining the result of an election..only EC8 and so on. 25% of FCT when the law states no one can have a vote that is more important than another simply because of where you reside.

This petition especially by LP was just an attempt to remain in the headlines and t9mexcite the base. Legally it was always going to be shut down!!

Show how you won the election and were rigged….you didn’t even make any attempt…..and you are shouting stolen mandate up and down!!!
