Are you a legal practitioner?
Why not let a expert lawyer prove their judgment as partial or wrong?

Obi should demand refund from his lawyer.

Easy peasy for APC so far.

They will only approach the supreme court to save face.

NIGERIA IS A ROGUE NATION.

Whatever judgement they dish out today will only reinforce our individual perspectives, so that's not an issue. My only worry today will be if INEC does not receive any cane. That would be an endorsement of criminality.

Next?
Oya..
Let's see the next technality to tell us that a presidential candidate does not have to win 25% of votes in the FCT before declared winner, even though the president doubles as governor of FCT.
Let's see the next technicality to justify throwing away the system for electronic transmission of vote results made for transparency in election; but go back to manual transmission of vote results; after spending billions of Naira on Electoral Act of 2022 and on purchase of system for electronic transmission of vote results.
The hole you dig will swallow everyone. Doesn't matter that Tinubu/APC influenced your appointments right from when they sacked CJ Oghenhen.

Waste of time!

This PEPT is a waste of time! Damn! In their judgement on APM's petition, they literally said they don't have the jurisdiction to determine if a candidate is qualified or disqualified, that the High court should have handled the case as it's pre election not post election matter.

The major part of Peter Obi's petition is pre-election matter.
A vice presidential candidate nor the president.
So long as the VP candidates meets the requirements of the constitution. You cannot disqualify him on any other grounds.
The constitution is the sole body of laws governing the country. The tribunal rules/laws cannot supersede the constitution.

If TINUBU can leave the Judgement of today and travel with Ministers to India for an assignment he doesn't know what will be discussed there....

What do you think the Judgement will look like

He may even be relaxing with one or three Indian lady in his hotel as the Petition whatever goes on...

The truth is that NIGERIA is yet to tell herself the truth...

Once an election is petitioned, all candidates should be under neutrality and an interim Government installed until the care in tribunal is determined....
With that, the Judges won't have to fear anyone and no one will assume the seat of power ...

See how TINUBU has left the country as the President of NIGERIA....lols

Using technicalities when the judges all know that APC/Tinubu/Shettima broke the law with Double/invalid nominations. Saying that it is a party matter and should have been filed 14 days after.

Tell us if APC broke the law.

I am not wasting my time watching any PEPT, we already know the outcome.
I will be surprise and same with some Nigerians if the right thing is done.
But as we all know in Nigeria its a crime to do the right thing, we don't expect a system to do the right thing.
I am just resting and expect the outcome as usual.

You made a mistake resting.

If you had watched it, you would have been tracking Atiku and Obi to give them senseless beatings for giving you false hopes.

Their petitions are comical as firmly established by the Tribunal.

Labour Party National Assembly members will be happy at this verdict.
I have said it when they were ousted that it was a jankara ruling because anything outside the constitution is null and void. The Nigerian constitution contain requirements for qualification and disqualification of candidates. Not submitting or non-inclusion of membership names on the party register is alien to the constitution and can't stand legal scrutiny.
