You evidently have never read the constitution or the electoral act. Sincerely the lawyers representing Obi and Atiku were very poor, they tried to throw out Tinubu using technicalities and very little in the way of evidence.
They made big claims but they failed to support it with the evidence required. Easily thrown out .

I've watched this live for 11hrs now, I'm tired and somewhat lost sometimes but the judges have made sense and sighted major judgements including Justice Tobi, Justice Oputa and major electoral judgements going back to 1976.
