ojasweb: Dumping into canal is not an evidence that all is expected for free Govt does not even need ur defense whether or not they are right cuz they have lawyers already U just sit wherever and conclude average citizens can afford LAWMA then u expect them not to stone u at every chance Naija cant be developed until those earning in dollars like u behave urself in this regard U give the govt fake reasons to do nothing but loot, loot and reloot ,then scam the entire world by claiming to be 4 nigerian development. Loot here simply means taking more than u deserve. U literally wanna feed tha most dogs even better than what many teachers can afford, pay people peanuts to be ur errand bois till old age instead of training them 4 a better job and it goes on that way. |

HellVictorinho6: Your rant doesn't validate anything but the usual chorus of the majority (blame the government). In Lagos state, public primary and secondary schools are free. However, majority of the residents send their kids to private schools. Reason: Strike? NO. Quality education? NO, because many of the government schools provide way better education than the private that are mostly for extortion. However, the parents can pay 15,000 per term for school bus for a 5 year kid in private schools. Some of them have 2 or more kids. But when it's time to pay 1000 for household waste disposal then they remember they don't have money. Ranting... ranting... ranting... I am a Nigerian and i am not excluded in the system. If you choose to ignore the fact that the majority of Nigerians are terrible, then keep to your beliefs. Where i live, a community project was to be executed and the excos are to let everyone know what it would cost. They inflated the project from 700,000 to 1,500,000. How do i know? Three of us eventually do the project since the inflated cost has caused the delay for over a year. I don't have to attack the government all the time. I have seen Nigerians dumping their household waste in gutter, blocking water flow thereby contributing to flooding. But no. It is the government. Everyone is free to join in blaming the government. 2 Likes 1 Share |

ojasweb: U are confused cuz i never blamed the govt 4 what citizens do. Only corrected u when u claimed to know everyones expectationz Cost of govnace 2 high whether u like am or not Ur mention of public and private schools is needless U think u have seen everyones purse that way If u cant do the project as a rich man with ur fellow rich men, then allow sapa to reduce u. Govt spokesman that needs no govt salary |

Ozommadu: Tribalism solves nothing ojasweb in his confusion is talking citizens versus govt 4getting that the govt cant exist without citizens nobody says govt should also help u to furrrk ur wife or sex partner or whoever itz about making every sector of the economy work through the right policies at the right time and through the right people considering the right factors. the citizens and the govt cant be fighting. am just wondering how many poor citizens can escape poverty when the few rich guys call this ranting while the elite in developed countries call it an observation. he thinks attacking poor people transforms a nation. |

The City is responsible for this mess. There are laws that prevent it from happening and getting to this stage but the laws are not enforced. If laws were enforced .... people would not be living and doing as they like. The same people that do as they like will migrate and overnight do the right thing for fear of being arrested. Didn't people drive anyhow in Lagos? ... driving wrong way was common? ... and didn't many believe the drivers are sooo stubborn that no one can stop them from doing so? Why are they no longer doing so? ... law enforcement. The City needs to have a plan to reset the area .... post notices for mall to stay clear of the reserves .... demolish what needs to be demolished ... clear the canals and enforce environmental laws after. There is much needed income it can generate by having high fines. NYC ... want to dump garbage from your car? Own a property and some leaves garbage in front? 1 Like

TajuDEENaMao: But why are Nigerians very dirty. Look, at our drainages and highways. How we fill it with dirt and refuse even some go defecate right in the middle of the highway. Everywhere smells. The govt needs to do something serious about this. It is shameful how unclean our citizens and cities have become. |

abbey621: Financial area you said?. The main Koko is who and who are moving the economy over there. Is it not funny that one junkie born in New York or another"financial area" will be boasting about his home town even though he has nothing but his drugs and a few crumbs to eat while immigrants and business merchants from around the world are making things happen over there. |

Alpharey: So in your infinite wisdom you believe areas like New York and Lagos only immigrants or outsiders are financially buoyant? Any data to back that claim? |
