It will be thrown out, it's a capital city and not a state and should be governed by a mayor . |

ElSudani: You're just dumb. What other fact do you need? We are right here in Asokoro, Wuse, Garki, Jikwoyi, Kubwa, Bwari, Kuje, Gwagwalada and Zuba among other settlements. We are right here in our ancestral homes, if you're pained come and chase us away let's see. Stupid analyst that have never visited Abj before. Again, my candid advise for you is that you should go and revalidate yourself that's if you have ever been validated before. |

Deemas: You are barking at the wrong tree. I didn't force you to give up your lands. It is true you are present at Wuse, Garki, Jikwoyi, Kubwa, Bwari, Kuje, Gwagwalada and Zuba among other settlements. But your presence there is not different from those of others Nigerians who got there yesterday. You can curse and throw tantrums all you want but that is the truth. There are no omo onile in the FCT. You are basically like any other Nigerians living in that territory. Why is that so painful to you? |

9jatriot: yes but the winner should win legitimately. wahala dey sleep, yanga wake am. You can't place Abuja on the same status with other states yet no Governor but minister appointed by the president which implies the president is the governor of Abuja and you can't be governor of a state without winning election in that state. The ruling makes mockery of our constitution. |

ABUJA IS FCT AND CAN NEVER BE A STATE. |

ElSudani:Are you aware that this same argument of yours can be applied to Lagos (colonial lagos that is). Lagos than comprised of Ikoyi, Lagos Island, Victoria Island and Yaba. This areas were taken over by the colonial government, developed and made the capital of Nigeria. The Inhabitants (fishing settlements) they met there were denied and stripped of all their rights and claims to the lands. Its was after independence that the original owners of these lands started claiming their rights. So in effect you are claiming that because Abuja was made capital, the original settlers have been stripped off of all their land and civic rights. 1 Like |

ElSudani:You are a sound mind. Those who did not read the Act establishing FCT will believe the trsh from Bwala. We are all Residents of FCT by the Act. |

ekhai:You guys like grandstanding too much and talk what you don't know. Nobody can lay claim of any area of the FCT without having or claiming indigene of any of the local government that constitute FCT. Those that tried it sometimes ago were chided by the court as non-indigene of FCT. But if we have to go by your statement and submission. It means the ACT confines special status on FCT, because by your submission you claimed, everyone are resident of FCT. The question now, does the constitution gives the same leverage to other states resident? If it is only FCT that enjoys that privilege, it goes to say, they enjoy special status that other states doesn't enjoy. However, I will bail you out because you and the person you quoted lacked intelligence and grasp of issues. FCT residents have right to vote and be voted for like any other state of the federation, if and only if the resident indigenized himself or herself to any of the LGA that constitute FCT. Nobody can use the state of origin of other state to vie for an election in FCT and as such any other state of the federation. Indigenization to a state guarantees and give privileges to be voted for in any constituency of the country. I hope you are clear now? |

ElSudani:please stop educating this people, the court is there for them to go and display the nonsense they are saying here, I think it's high time the court starts giving out heavy fines for time wasters and hefty punishment for any lawyer who dare to come to court to argue nonsense. |

ElSudani: I can never be pained as we are here running things with your brother while you're suffering in penury over there probably in Lagos. We are only making right some wrongs and not being pained. I can be 100% sure you have never had a feel of PBAT before, even if you have it won't be more than the cup of rice you recently scrambled for as palliative. |

Beremx: Are votes from Washington DC special and above other American states? When you cite any precedence for this illogical clamour, let’s know. |

Most of these fools just come here and regurgitate whatever stupid point they have agreed in their coven. The usual 3 month old accounts backed by the more sinister older accounts that try to be civil. Anyways, this same 25% case has been fought over before. Its just sad that the Judiciary has been completely broken. The last election was corruption personified but we are in Nigeria where anything goes. The ronu crowd believe so much in gaslighting themselves that they have deluded themselves into believing the nonsense they imagine in their idle time. This is Buhari and Obasanjo fighting it out over this same 25% matter. It is just unfortunate that we have scavengers of the Old system that have totally pummelled our institutions into uselessness. An election that INEC almost 6 months later cannot tabulate evidence of how the results came about? Nah, Nigeria is really a crime scene. https://www.nairaland.com/7651396/supreme-court-upheld-candidates-must |
