I was supposed to resume school in July, but my visa didn't come out on time, so I deferred to February next year. Now my visa is out. Can I travel now or do I really have to wait till 3 months to my resumption?

NB: I'm not doing anything here anymore. I've resigned from my job since June, and my house rent just finished.

How do we respond to you now, since you already know the rules that you can't enter Australia until 3 months to resumption.

That's not an option to. The goal now is to study not PR
That's good. Since the goal is to study and not PR, maybe you should consider studying this course in Nigeria since it's cheaper.

Please, I need help
1. Is English language proficiency test such as IELTS, PTE and co mandatory for admission and visa?
2. Is Geoscience or Geophysics part of P.R courses?

I studied Industrial Physics. I'll appreciate if someone can recommend something better for me.

I am open to suggestions. Thanks

😂where is it stated though?. It’s not in the visa conditions or on the home affairs website. I’ve seen people go more than 3 months earlier than their course starts

You can apply for a dependent visa. The visa duration will be the same as hers.

Technically it isn't. However, it's better to be safe than sorry, there have been stories of people sent back. I realise it will not be the case for everyone. Also, since they need to hold a valid OSHC from the day the land in Australia, not having one can cause problems.

1. Obtain a letter from your school confirming that English was the medium of instruction. Additionally, include your CV with your application and secure a letter from your workplace verifying that English is the primary language of communication. Hopefully, your school will recognize these documents as sufficient evidence of your proficiency. However, there's a chance you might still be asked to take an English test to ensure there are no communication barriers. Note that in some instances, visa officers may request an English test result even if the educational institution doesn't require one. If you're able to take the English test, I'd recommend doing so. If that's not feasible, then proceed with the aforementioned documents.

2.Visit the ANZSCO website to explore potential career paths from either of those studies and to assess if they might offer a pathway to permanent residency."

I don't live in Adelaide but cost of living has gone up significantly. Most people are having to work two jobs or more to survive. Am not trying to scare you but show the reality of what's on ground.

If your husband has a good paying job in Nigeria, let him stay with the kids while you come to Australia, get a house (this is important as vacancy rates are low in the country and you find upwards of 40 people interested in 1 house), get a job, look for cheap and affordable places for childcare and schools and other services you would need before the rest of your family joins you.

However, people who live in Adelaide can provide more accurate representations of what life over there is like.

I need any information regarding steps to work in Australia Please.

Please how did you apply your transcript to Uniport?
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Chomyg: 1:47pm On Sep 12, 2023

Good day everyone, please I need an advise. I tried applying for transcript and my school uniport has approved agents that they send transcript to. The agency that is helping me out with my application is not on the list of the approved agents.

The agent suggested that I contact one of the approved agency for them to help me take it from the school and forward to them to continue with my application. One of the approved agents said it will not be possible because the name of the agency is on the official transcript.

My issue here is how do I go about getting the transcript since the agent helping me out is not on the list of approved agent?

Please how did you apply for Transcript from Uniport?

The best approach we use is by using the address of the ministry of education to request for your original transcript, no school can reject that
So if you are interested i can send you the address of ministry of education, they send your transcript to them in their office in Abuja, then you can come and pick it, thats mostly if you want to authenticate your document in ministry of education and foreign in Abuja here, but if you dont want to authenticate someone can also help you to pick it from them and send to you, it's better and faster and i can assist you as well if needed.

If AHPRA is expensive for you then student visa is not an option then.
New Zealand nursing registration then transferring to Australia is another option but the cost is similar to AHPRA

Yes and No. It is subject to the discretion of the visa processing officer.

P.S, there are exemptions to providing English test scores.

Getting your skill assessment and AHPRA registration is actually one of the cheapest route assuming you get a sponsorship or skilled visa.
