This is very true.....the statutory salaries of ministers is actually not much.. maybe around a million max.....it's the opportunity to award inflated contracts...pad budgets.... embezzle project funds...contract jobs to their own companies and friends and dip hands into monies that they have no official concerns with....that are the major gains from these offices..... increasing their official pay and implementing stuff penalties for wrongdoing will greatly help to sanitize the ministries

The SERAP or SETRAP would not see reason to go to court on things like this but only for them to be jumping up and down on useless litigations.
