Abuja is being considered as a state for purpose of collating the final results of a presidential election. angry

It is not a state! angry

Is that the same reason FCT doesnt have a Governor, a Senator and a member of the house of representative? So as to collate the final results of a presidential election conducted every 4 years...mugus everywhere.

You cannot win the election by only gettin 25% of Abj votes. You must also get 25% of votes from 2/3 of the states.
So your scenario is completely flawed

HOW CAN A PERSON THAT WANT TO BE PRESIDENT, NOT WIN HIS HOME STATE, OSUN.

TINUBU CANNOT WIN HIS STATE OF RESIDENCE LAGOS

TINUBU CANNOT WIN KANO.

TINUBU CANNOT WIN ORDINARY 25% IN ABUJA.

TINUBU WITH THE HELP OF WIKE, RIGGED RIVERS STATE, TO DENY OBI VICTORY.

CLEARLY THE 25% IS THE TRAP THAT CAUGHT HIM, HE REALLY SHOULD NOT BE IN ASO ROCK.

LAST MINUTE RIGGING, BECAUSE BUHARI REFUSED.

THE JUDICIARY SHOULD NOT GET MUDDY IN THIS.

BUHARI WANTED A FREE AND FAIR ELECTION AS HE PROMISED.

HE NEVER SUPPORTED TINUBU OR ANY FORM OF RIGGING.

EMEFIELE WAS INSTRUCTED TO AVIOD VOTE BUYING.

THAT IS WHY THE RIGGING WAS DONE LAST MINUTE.

THE RIGGING WAS DONE POORLY.

VERY POORLY!

Seems both LP and PDP are copying one another like this is some kind of examination malpractice.

You cannot claim you won based on IREV Because IREV Is not the primary mode of result transmission. IREV is merely a way to confirm. The primary mode are the result sheets signed by party agents, INEC officials and security officials. These sheets exist and each party are supposed to have them. If each of the party agents did not raise any issue during collation why now? How come these result sheets have not been tendered? It isn't the fault of INEC the LP Doesn't have enough party agents to monitor results or that PDP is fighting their own members hence they refused to even submit the results.

As for the drug case, even their witness said the case was a civil suit. And the Appeal court went on to stay that even if it was a criminal case
1. It was not duly registered in Nigeria 🇳🇬
2. It has exceeded 10 years which a ban is supposed to last for
3. The US government through the FBI in 2003 has said there has not been a criminal case against Tinubu.

Every other thing is thrash

That you're a moderator doesn't give you the audacity to peddle lies with confidence.

How dare you claim party agents did not raise objections during the collation of the Presidential election results by INEC?

Several agents stood and spoke in protest while Mahmood was doing the nonsense he was paid for on National television and he stubbornly refused to address their concerns, claiming they should raise their objections after the process had been concluded.

Were we not all asleep when the moronic looking criminal announced a winner even while results were still trickling in from polling units? You people just concoct all manner of absurdities to give legitimacy to criminalism.

I am totally against giving special status to FCT. In our various states, I want to ask, Is it a must to score 25% of the votes in the capital to become governor? Come on, make una dey calm down na.

A state governor does not have to win 25% of votes in the state capital before declared winner of guber election.

But a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in Abuja capital territory before declared winner, because the president is also the governor of Abuja FCT. To govern a locality, it's obvious that the governor must win substantial number of votes of voters in the locality.

These things are simple to understand. It's no point putting truth upside down and give the example you gave above.

So is it a must to score 25% of votes cast in Uyo for a candidate to win the GOVERNORSHIP election in Akwa Ibom ?
Uyo isn't special, FCT is special that's why it doesn't have a govr or functional state assembly.
Get my point, the tribunal in its judgement faulted by saying FCT isn't special.
The constitution made FCT special, that's why u must have atleast 25percent votes there, it didn't say u must win, just score 25percent.

SHOULD A PRESIDENT NOT GET AT LEAST 25% IN FCT NATURALLY.

THEY DID NOT SAY HE SHOULD WIN, JUST GET SOME REASONABLE VOTES.

A NATIONAL LEADER CANNOT GET 25%, PROVES HE DID NOT WIN.

IF THEY DID NOT RUSH THE RIGGING THE 25% WOULD HAVE BEEN ADDED BUT BUHARI REALLY MESS THEM UP, BY INSISTING ON FREE AND FAIR ELECTION.

ALL THIS DRAGGING EMEFIELE AROUND, IS JUST POINTLESS BECAUSE EMEFIELE CARRIED OUT BUHARI DICTATES.

You're disagreeing and agreeing at the same time.

I said residents of Abuja can never be governors or lawmakers like people of other states. Does that not make them special like special needs children?

Imagine you're from the FCT, whatever ambition you have of becoming governor should be buried because you don't have two heads according to batists

I still stand on my point that they don’t have four heads and it’s logically impossible for a candidate to Win 100 percent of other states but got disqualified because he failed to make 25 percent in Abuja only .

The FCT is well developed compared to most other states ,that’s the advantage of presidency in their location ,being a governor is not as important as being a developed area or is the benefit of being a governor just the title but not the development of the area ?

Also ,tell me which developed democratic country mandate 25 percent in their capital before a president can be declared?

Who won between Atiku and Obi? Why are both of them not even making any case in that regard?

In the unlikely scenario that Tinubu is booted out, will both them share the presidency or are they going to start another round of cases?

There are several Supreme Court judgment that states that 25% in Abuja is a must. The case of Obj vs Buhari 2003 and Yaradua vs Buhari 2008.

Perhaps there should be constitutional ammendment but that's what is in the constitution. Which developed country uses attendance of primary school as criteria for presidents, but thats what is in Nigeria constitution
