Seems both LP and PDP are copying one another like this is some kind of examination malpractice.

You cannot claim you won based on IREV Because IREV Is not the primary mode of result transmission. IREV is merely a way to confirm. The primary mode are the result sheets signed by party agents, INEC officials and security officials. These sheets exist and each party are supposed to have them. If each of the party agents did not raise any issue during collation why now? How come these result sheets have not been tendered? It isn't the fault of INEC the LP Doesn't have enough party agents to monitor results or that PDP is fighting their own members hence they refused to even submit the results.

As for the drug case, even their witness said the case was a civil suit. And the Appeal court went on to stay that even if it was a criminal case
1. It was not duly registered in Nigeria 🇳🇬
2. It has exceeded 10 years which a ban is supposed to last for
3. The US government through the FBI in 2003 has said there has not been a criminal case against Tinubu.

Every other thing is thrash
I wish every Nigerian can see things dis way.... D judgement is so straightforward

'AS IF' MEANS IT IS NOT.

HENCE 25% APPLY.

SPECIFICS IS 25%.

IT IS THAT SPECIFIC.
Yes it is not, which is the reason it shouldn't have a governor.
But it should be treated as such.
Do you understand the English now?

When we were kids we used orange to play football right?
We use the orange "as if it were" a ball, but it wasn't a ball was it?
The government is about to increase the minimum wage, how will you feel if Abuja residence were to be paid 100k and you are paid 50k won't you argue that you have equal rights?
So why should the vote of someone in Abuja be more important than that of a fellow Nigerian fro Enugu or Bayelsa or Ekiti or Kano...
This is just simple logic

There are several Supreme Court judgment that states that 25% in Abuja is a must. The case of Obj vs Buhari 2003 and Yaradua vs Buhari 2008.

Perhaps there should be constitutional ammendment but that's what is in the constitution. Which developed country uses attendance of primary school as criteria for presidents, but thats what is in Nigeria constitution

I will like to see the judgement you referred to if you don’t mind .

Also ,the lowest certification for Nigeria presidency is secondary school certification but not primary school certification as you said and yes I checked US certification but none was required

Infact, you just need to attend a couple of seminars, or attend classes in primary school to be qualified. No certificate is required,
just evidence you attended primary school

IF THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF FEDERATION KNOWS WHAT IS GOOD FOR HIM, AND TRUILY LOVE THIS COUNTRY TO REMAIN ONE, HE WILL DELIVER JUSTICE AND NOT JUDGEMENT.

IF I WAS HIM, COMMON SENSE WILL TELL ME THAT, THIS TINUBU THAT COULD NOT WIN SW REGION, WHY SHOULD I HELP HIM RIG, WHEN THE YORUBA PEOPLE DENY HIM THEIR VOTE.

SO WHO I'M I RIGGING IT FOR?

THE SECOND QUESTION MY COMMON SENSE WILL TELL ME, IS THAT SINCE WE ARE BOTH YORUBA FROM THE SAME TRIBE, I BETTER MAINTAIN TRANSPERANCY BECAUSE ALREADY PEOPLE ARE EXPECTING TRIBALISM TO INFORM MY JUDGEMENT.

THE THIRD POINT HERE IS, RESPECT FOR SELF.

I WILL NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING THAT WILL SEE THE REPUTATION AND CAREER I WORK SO HARD FOR IN DISREPUTE AT THE END.

WHAT WOULD MY LEGACY BE, IF I COMMIT THIS CRIME.

THE YORUBA PEOPLE WILL CERTAINLY DENY BOTH TINUBU AND ARIWOOLA.

I am totally against giving special status to FCT. In our various states, I want to ask, Is it a must to score 25% of the votes in the capital to become governor? Come on, make una dey calm down na.

Let me state it here before you mention me to ask whether Abuja is special.

Yes, Abuja doesn't have a governor. I know Abuja is special but to what extent is it special. The tribunal just made us to understand that when it comes to VOTES, Abuja isn't special. Just as it is not a must to score 25% of votes cast in any particular state to win the presidential election, it is not a must to score 25% of votes cast in Abuja to win the presidential election.

Law does not have sentiment. Law no dey do like this. Law is a law. Just as the law still gave the INEC opportunity to decide at anytime to transmit result electronically or not. This gave INEC upper hand to decide to change the format of transmitting result even few seconds to the election and INEC would win. Is that right? No. But unfortunately, law does not apply sentiment.

The law gave Abuja that special status becus it is seen as no man's land and belongs to all Nigerians. It sees Abuja as a place where all Nigerians have same and equal right and the sit of power. That is a loophole. If Nigeria is working, that alone would nolify the result for Tinubu.
Law is law! What u are applying is sentiment. If law is sentiment, law will not send a hungry thief caught for stealing becus he or she was hungry grin
Two things the law needs to fix here: Make Abuja another state or retain it as it is.
Secondly, mandate INEC to transmit result electronically to reduce malpractice. As long as the law still gives INEC the power to decide how to transmit result even if it is to change it few minutes before or after election, it simply means that the new electoral law is wack.
In law there is something called loophole. The Abuja case is one. The electronic transmission of result and still give INEC right to decide or not to use it is also a loophole.

And that you feel that because your candidate didn't win, the country automatically will not progress shows how small your mind is.

Let's PDP lite and PDP pro max Keep on decieving themselves. May be the judgement will be delivered after 2027 general election 🤔🤔🤔 am just imagining the desperation of our politicians who doesn't have an iota of trust and sanity left in them. The facts is Atiku will keep on wasting his time and money chasing shadows, despite the fact that he came from my region I can't waste my one minute to Atiku talkless of voting him to be my president but if majority of Nigerians votes for him I will wish him well. To Obi who I as a regional candidate have a bigger problem than Atiku because as long as Northerners will cast their votes in general election, as long as 25% is required in 24 states he can't never be a president of the federal republic of Nigeria. The obedient movement have set a very bad precedent in Nigeria's National election, people that I hold in high esteem have proven me wrong by clinging to selfish interpretation of the law. Those people whom they call illiterate the (Northerners) have passed that philosophical level while, them the (obedients) are still at kindergarten when it's come to politics. PDP and LP have only one surest way of winning general election against APC and that's by coming together as a force determine to defeat APC, mind you, all their members must agree to work and support one candidate be it Obi or Atiku. Meaning President/ vice president.😂🤣😂
