The background of School awards are always decorated with the school banner and regalia.
This kind of award pics is always taken in front of the speaker stand and of course the stand will be decorated with the school regalia.

Besides, HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN HIS GRADUATION GOWN! cheesy

A man graduated with flying colours from CSU and presented his honour achievement to INEC while another that noone is sure of his university degree presented ordinary O'Level GCE to aspire for the highest office in the land.. yet some sl0wpokes are going about defending the GCE holder.

Atiku was the only politician that took obi serious until obi betrayed him, obi betrayed, apga, betrayed Ojukwu, betrayed Atiku, Obaino, PDP and the list goes on. Obi is a serial betrayal and an ordinary thief that was caught in Lagos with 250m cash. Lagos state government ought to have jailed him, he will not have been able to constitute all these nuisance he contitutes through y'all .. siding a failure.
