It ranges from 600 to 800. The one of 600 comes with only one wrap of fufu while the one of 7 ad 800 come with two small wraps with one tinko sized meat. The worst part is the food is so tasteless and most times taste bad like it was cooked with rotten fish or meat.

These days I hardly eat out. I'll rather take snacks or go without food till I get home.

Very true bro,i reside in lagos for about a decade before relocating to the north.Food is relatively cheap here.you can't spend above #300 naira on a plate of meal without being satisfied.on top of that,i bet that even a hungry labourer can't chop #400 food without any signs of satisfaction.
Teetee777:
You can still spend #300 for food in the north and okay.
You can buy rice and beans #200, meat #50, pure water #10.

Or

Buy Kunu (Pap) #100, Akara #100

Or

Buy fried potatoes #100, fried wara #100.

Or

Buy fried potatoes #100, wanke #100

I was surprised when I traveled to Jigawa state last week, I bought rice and beans for #200, meat for #100, and you know what, the girl gave me 5 pieces of meat. It surprised me that even in Kano state, meat is #50.

Owerri... Sometimes when you request for vegetable soup, they will package okro for you. The last time I bought, the lady put liver for me as meat... I have since stopped buying food from roadside food vendors.

Very true.

Another thing to note about the North:

Everything is much cheaper in Muslim dominated areas. You will get the same value for far less in Gayawa than in Sabon Gari. If you want to buy foodstuffs, go there and buy. Thank me later.

It is well

I advice you to dey try dey buy some food stuffs for house, make you dey cook. Buying food outside is more expensive to manage 30k

Cooking is more expensive these days. As a matter of fact, the idea that cooking at home is relatively cheaper than eating in restaurants is a make-believe concept that has been told so many times to the point people's minds have learnt to accept it.

We can dissect this issue today, if you feel otherwise.

If you're staying alone, you're right... But if otherwise, u will need to consider cooking at home.

The entire foundation of this thread is laid out for people staying alone, I believe.
