The times Zinny tried to build by inverting, he lost possession as a result of the press. Chelsea are also targeting his wing and exploiting it. We need a player that is press resistant, forward thinking and can open up spaces with his passing and that is Partey. He will force Chelsea to change the crowded press happening in the middle.

Poch definitely watched our tape. He knows the strength of this team in building offense is from the middle so he crowds it and all 3 have been disciplined in staying compact without the ball.

I won't be surprised to see Havertz and Partey come on in the second half. If not Havertz, then Nketiah.

@Jodera as you can see we are wasting Rice in that no8 position. We need either Partey so he gets more comfortable or Havertz while he drops to DM.
