The govt has crude oil but imports Petroleum products, govt officials have hospitals ans schools here in Nigeria but all have their families abroad for both medicals and schooling. The govt has gold and other solid minerals in so many northern states but look the other way as it is pilfered by expatriate construction companies but your problem is a businessman who imports products that he'll struggle to produce here due to the cost of production. The govt just unbanned the import of items like cement, rice and others which were on a forex ban and contributed to the hike in prices of those items
