Please I need an enquiry about visa curtailment for an undergraduate student whose visa was curtailed because he has no academic activities for the next 60days due to a resit that is meant to be written next year and the university has asked him to leave the uk and reapply for a new visa from Nigeria . Please has anyone been in this situation before and what was the outcome as he is very scared about the situation. This person still have to more years to go for the current course and the current visa was meant to expire 2025 . The person did not also get any letter from UkVI and immigration status still shows details of the current visa. Please I will appreciate it if anyone who has any information about this response to my trend . Thanks in advance

Did he get a minded to curtail letter from UKVI?

How did he know his visa had been curtailed and he has 60days left?

2. She should reapply as normal with previous evidence she had and a cover letter to address their refusal and how the circumstance has changed (ie the correct court order)

I want to find out on behalf of my sister who recently got her visa but her two children were decline their visa base on the fact she was told to produce document that hold the children to her custody because she was separated from former husband .Hence, the children visa were decline.
And now if they get the said document that entitled wife to the custody of the children, what are the documents they needed to resubmit the application again.

The university sent an email to him stating that his visa has been curtailed as they’ve withdrawn their sponsorship but he never received any letter from UKVI

I applied for a student visa on the 8th of august 2023 and it seems like I am the only one still waiting for my visa outcome. Although my resumption deadline was 16th of October but my university had to defer my admission and update my CAs to the next intake which is 20th of November. My visa application is still pending, this week is going to make it the 12th week since I submitted. It seems everyone has gotten their visas and others that haven’t have withdrawn their application and planning to reapply for January intake. I was lucky that my course has a November intake but right now I feel alone and frustrated, I am just waiting. I have done 5 paid calls, I have escalated twice, the last escalation was last week Thursday and the last paid call was done yesterday. I was told I cannot escalate this week since the last escalation was just last week. I am really really worried and I want to know if there is any other way I can reach the home office so that I can get my decision on time. This delay is causing me a lot of distress physically, health wise and financially, please I will appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you, gurus in the house please help

This may not be what you want to hear but you can only wait. I suspect you'll get some feedback by first week in Nov.

I am fine with this November intake, why will I withdraw my application and change to January when I can just wait for a decision. I’ve been waiting this long, I will just be patient. Then that letter is on its way

The timeframe between now and when you resist the pending the exam is more than 28days unfortunately

The 60days will give you time to make a decision,
You can request for the 60days to be extended but you will need very solid reasons I.e health concerns or maybe pregnancy if it was a lady

I am uncertain as to why your Uni has decided to withdraw their sponsorship since you still have more courses next year

Best be prepared to leave and return next year, ensure you have all the evidence from your Uni stating you will be given CAS next year to continue studying

My school reached out to them already, they said they could not do more than just contacting them. The school said they cannot facilitate the decision. They only asked if the CAs has been used, and they said no. So I guess I just have to keep waiting

Some unis (if not all) have account managers at UKVI who can look into your case. Reach out to your school co-ordinator if they can help chase on your behalf. Let them know you are happy to give your consent and share details of your application.

He just relocated to uk on a student visa
But before he left,he was running a barber shop here in Nigeria.
So he want to be doing that in uk like home service to help himself more outside the 20hrs student work..
He is asking if is advisable or will it affect his visa after all

I applied over 3 months now, on the 8th of august was my biometrics. Some people even applied in July and are still pending, no one knows r the reason for the delays and it definitely has nothing to do with late applications

Yes it’s really bad

I wish I knew... the paid calls and mails don't yield any updates. They will tell you they will escalate it and you shouldn't make another call until after 15days... I really don't know. To think i paid for priority service. When I asked the interviewer he only said they have a lot of applications and backlogs they are dealing with...
