In addition, the suspect in this dirty drama will now be full of regret and the remaining of his life will never be the same again.
He will be confined and not be able to do whatever he wishes again in his life.
People need to make a choice between staying home with your family or spending the rest of your life behind bars if not sentenced to death.
If truly you know the consequence of an action is not going to be good, why carry out the action.?
May God continue to protect us from all evils.

It is better to be a coward and stay alive than to die trying to be a hero.
Violence won't take you anywhere.
Learn to be at peace with everyone even if you are right or wrong.
No need to drag with anyone.

It does not take anything from you.

SO, TO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT.

FOR US, WE SAY, 'DEATH BEFORE DISHONOUR'

BIAFRA OR DEATH., EVERYBODY DIES.

You beat me to this comment.

Black americans always remind me of obidients: overtly emotional. Any small thing den don turn am to fight.

From d short scene, we can also see that d woman was running her mouth and d simp, in order to show that he's d man stepped in and used his head to carry d mata wey nor consyn am.

I'm sure if she had kept her anus of a mouth shut, the matter would've bn seriously de-escalated.

I saw this online before seeing it here again, the question that comes to my mind is, who is the cameraman? because this is not CCTV footage and why was there no sound?

That's a high definition CCTV...!

CCTVs are generally not sound-enabled.

Good to hear. But would've been better if he was made to die in a slow painful manner.

The victim made a big mistake, why will u back a man holding a gun? Immediately he saw the man pulling up his shirt, even if he wasn't going to bring out a gun, he should have closed him up immediately and grabbed him until he was sure it wasn't a gun the man was pulling up. shocked shocked. It once happened to me, I was walking on the way not knowing that armed robbers in a car were stalking me in broad daylight on a busy road with lots of people around shocked, somebody immediately came to my side and shouted if you move.... and was in the process of pulling up his gun under his shirt when I flung my hand and the pistol fell off his hand shocked. That gave me the opportunity to run away because I didn't know if the others in the car would come out with guns to assist him. That particular robber would have been caught that day in Benin city if the people standing and watching us had balls to come and assist me. shocked. Like I said before, the victim should have closed him up immediately he saw him about pulling up his shirt.

The victim is a big bully who had no regard for the "little guy".

He probably thought the man didn't have the balls to pull the trigger.

This is why I believe most bullies are not smart, and rarely think about consequences of their actions.

In the first place, basic intelligence should tell anyone that victims of bullying have limits... It's either they do themselves grave harm or turn on the bully.

THE POLICE KILLED THATMAN BECAUSE HE HAD A GOOD CHANCE OF CLAIMING SELF DEFENCE.

ESPECIIALLY, IF ONLY HE KILLED THE MAN AND LEFT THE BOY, NO PROBLEM.

THEIR ANGER IS THE WAY HE SHOT THE BOY.

1 SHOT IS ENOUGH AT CLOSE RANGE.

GIVE HIM A CHANCE TO SURVIVE.

FINISH THE ONE THAT POINTED SCISSOR IN YOUR FACE.

You clearly haven't done your research on the story. Please do.

Both men had a fair history of bad blood going back to a few years. The shooter was proven to have reported threats to his life and family from the victim as well as physical intimidations on various occasions.

His 911 calls in the past are still on record.

Not justifying the evil act of cold-blooded murder... Just giving more perspective.

That the victim chose to turn his back on a pointed gun shows he had no regard for the shooter who he saw as a weakling incapable of hurting him.

This also validates the point of view that he had obviously been intimidating and bullying the "little guy" prior to that unfortunate day.

If it was a noise complaint, why not simply turn it down and apologize?!! Even with the gun out, he could have still deescalated the situation by apologizing and pleading, but he chose the Macho and condescending route, which ended badly.

The late man was a BULLY! And this is what happens to bullies sometimes, especially when their victim has taken as much as he can.

So what should he have done. Kneel and beg?

😂😂😂 they are MIA
The person that fired the shot was fighting for his right. Law enforcement have investigated and done justice

But in Nigeria, criminals will just wake up and start kidnapping, killing random people without any reason and law enforcement will not investigate or do anything.

Bro, he should have done any and everything to preserve his own life even if it means scrubbing the guy's floors.

The person holding the gun has the upper hand in any and every physical encounter.

Once gun enters the matter, your common sense of self preservation should take precedence over your pride or ego.

Probably another neighbour since it's an apartment block.

It's a CCTV. It's auto that follows movement or voices and have pan and tilt featured enabled. I have an home version of such system.

And so he should lunge at the attacker? What are you guys saying? Walking away was a way to diffuse the situation. Your best defence from a gunman is to create as much distance between you both as much as possible. Better yet, walks backwards, but turning his back shows he is no longer interested in the confrontation and that makes the crime more premeditated.
That is why trying to disarm him would have been the best option

I hope you also read that the attacker went to the two prone bodies and fired off at least 2 more shots execution style.
