Got NSF after 5 days and I responded. Got the IHS refund 7 days later.

He can use the school address, but willadvise that he secure accommodation for his family, and get a proof for that because the case worker might ask for this

Go to Google and search for universities in UK. Google the schools one after the other and check their admission requirements for your intended course. You might have to opt for Postgraduate diploma.
