In all these, the courts are overlooking the fact that Gawuna is not listed as one of the parties in the case yet he's the main beneficiary of the judgement.
I know they'll tell us it's parties that run for election but just let it be an opposition party that did this kind of thing and the court will remember you can't benefit from a case you weren't part of.

The judiciary is not even making any efforts to cover up its bias nature anymore.

I read in the news recently that the chief judge of the FHC visited Wike's office to ask for land for all FHC judges.

I was more surprised no one condemned that obvious infamy than I was that the man even had the effrontery to leave his office and go begging for lands from a politician.

Don't get me wrong. There's absolutely nothing wrong in allocating lands for judges.

But judges are supposed to be highly dignified members of the society if not the most. They're supposed to live and be seen to live above board in everything even where their rights are being denied them.

To see a judge going to a public officer too beg for lands is akin to soliciting for a bribe before the fact.

If the judges are deemed worthy of lands allocation, the decent thing is that it comes through the federal judicial service commission and not a judicial officer begging a politician in his office for lands.

It should be put as part of their official renumeration package.

The fact that such aberration occurred and the CSO, opposition and other democratic organs are not raising dust should tell you how corrupt our society has become under APC and the depth the rot has sunk in the judiciary.

Majority of you guy's that's complaining of the judiciary rape and rascality were all jubiliating when Mahmoud single handedly sold the destiny of over 200 million hard working Nigerian's to a single Drug baron, u guy's even went ahead to mock Peter Obi by asking him to go to Court because we all know that OBI can't reclaim his stolen mandate in present day nigerian courts especially the supreme cult,

If the NNP has never had strong grounds in the two two previous courts to counter the subject matter of the case, plus the subject matter not being a pre-election but an election matter, I doubt if this will scale through successfully at the supreme court
