My wife is the MA, our daughter’s application was just applied for last month October 10th. I called on Monday, and I was told decision has been made but there’s no collection email.

Before Monday, I had to escalate once before Monday when I was told a decision has been made. No refusal email yet, and there’s no refund.

I called yesterday trying to escalate it again but I was told to wait till the first escalation reaches 15 days.

Is anyone else going through the same thing?

If a decision has been made and you still haven’t gotten a refusal till now then it’s a positive outcome

It still has to go through the queue for the remaining stages i.e getting your visa vignette ready, preparing and emailing your decision letter, etc

Hi everyone, I got a conditional offer, and I'm currently doing a Pre-CAS with the uni in other to get my CAS.

One of the requirements is to prove my finances.
Thing is I finished Nysc in June, 2023. And currently, I mostly freelance, so I don't have any valid employment letter/reference right now. My POF is mainly coming from contributions from family.

So, I choosed self employed.
But they still asked me to upload an employment reference which should be on company letterhead
Includes details of the self-employment including nature of the work and salary.

What should I do in this case?

Just quick ones,

During the old days we lost of our birth certificatez at d time of moving of house. We tried to get national population census certificate of birth in 2015 for me and my siblings when im processing my admission

Can i use it for the visa application for my mum visit as birth certificate considering the fact that is the same year we got all together?

It look neat and laminated.

That is the only document i can use as a proof of relationship.

Responded and clarified why I'm just sending it. It's been a week now and I've not heard back from them. Do you think the response time will be an issue?

It seems like the UK visa folks give visas easier to people who were issued CAS from Schools that demand for POF before issuing CAS

That's not true at all I waited for two months before getting a decision.

If you lost your birth certificate, a police report and age declaration should be sufficient

If the birth certificate has the correct date of birth for you and your siblings then that should be fine

I dont have declaration of age, that is only document i have been using since our school days.

Hi dduchess90, this is a follow up on the earlier question I asked on getting an NSF mail after getting a request to top up my IHS fee. So I applied for priority visa alongside the MA, His visa was ready on thursday and he picked it on friday but mine is still at DMC. When is a good time to send a paid mail or call or should I just continue waiting since I have already paid the difference.

I don’t think it’s something to worry about since you submitted on the 9th working day. They give 10 working days to submit additional documents, do your maths.
