Fyi the per capita death in Mosul for 11,000 people at a population of 1.5 million, (let's use deaths per 1million) would be 6.42 deaths per million. In gaza it would be 7.2 deaths per million. That's higher without even factoring in the ~5x shorter time frame in Gaza and the fact even the US believes those values are underestimated. The point of a per capita rate is to help easily compare. If you read between his lines, the problem is Israel ruling over lands they won in war. Westbank was occupied by Jordan from 1948. From 1948 Jordan eliminated Jewish cemeteries, synagogues and anything that had Jewish histoy in the west bank.
