I applied for France and they gave me only 10 days single entry

That's how those mumu behave.

They will write incomplete documents on your application.

I almost lost hope last year, cos of same thing.

But they issued the visa without the original CAC

I decided to call TLS, to ask them , i can I bring the original document, the lady that picked up, asked me, if the embassy has called me, to bring the CAC i said no. The TLS said there's no need to worry since the embassy didn't call me. My people since on 20th October i submitted till now i have not had from them.. I have another place to travel to, how can they hold passport till now no any news from them. Only what i am seeing please be patient it is still processes. And i am a frequent traveller. Please what can i do.

a friend, i knew used 4 visa before, they gave him 1 year after, when he apply for the 5th time
I think they issued this at their discretion

This guy's at TLS needs some education.

When someone submit a document in duplicate, accept and put a caveat based on what's submitted, instead of claiming document is missing

If you're a frequent travel and you do back to back, you'll be qualified for a year, then two then more
