*Management: Nothing wrong with using leased aircraft A new start up, NG Eagle has been allowed to start flight operations with a leased aircraft, apparently against Nigeria’s Civil Aviation Regulation 2006 as amended, it was learnt yesterday. https://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2023/12/11/amid-controversy-ng-eagle-begins-flight-operations-with-leased-aircraft?amp=1 2 Likes

I don't think operating an airline is Nigeria is very profitable so I'm confused as to why we have new airline opening shop in Nigeria every year only to go bankrupt 6 months later 3 Likes |

Shameless incompetent scammers. I can bet my left balls that this airline belongs to one of the rogues from the last administration specifically, the past Minister of Aviation (Hadi Sirika). This is their usual ruse and modus operandi to begin small as a struggling outfit testing the waters. Before you know it, they'll tell you they just acquired 3 new aircraft. Thieves. 6 Likes |

LordIsaac: the biggest concern is that a country of 200 million, 5% can't not afford a flight ticket. shows how poor the people are 6 Likes 1 Share |

Re: NG Eagle Begins Flight Operations With Leased Aircraft by EDUECO(m): 2:03pm On Dec 11, 2023 |
I just read that this airline charges around ₦61,050 for local flights. The management of this airline saw an avenue for business and immediately started it.Good business is all about meeting the needs of consumers. But,this airline must be ready for 'war' from other airlines that charge extremely high fare! 5 Likes

Artiiclebeast: This is not true. "Established in 2019, NG Eagle was formed by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), a government agency dedicated to debt recovery, to succeed Arik Air (W3, Lagos), which is under administration." https://www.ch-aviation.com/portal/news/134975 2 Likes 1 Share |
