Arambat can't track? The issue with Arambat is with the ball on his football, he isn't very good at distribution and often misplaces passes. Guy is a very good marker

ETH has to also do some soul searching himself to see how he can better address personnel issues. Varane has largely being a chilled character in his career and usually does not rock the boat.

There has to be repercussions, but common sense has to be applied as well. Varane is by far our best central defender. We don't know the details of what happened but the manner of delivering a message can sometimes be as important as the content of the message. ETH should keep that in mind.
