As a man, never joke with your Finance. That is not to say that you make money for women. Only give a woman just enough to guarantee her survival. Never provide luxury to any woman, if she wants luxury let her go and work.

Purpose is the most important thing in any relationship, because if it is lacking, even when romance and finance are there,it would definitely crash with time.

There is a fourth factor, which I think is more important than any of these three and the cryptic sum of the three equals this fourth factor. This factor is Commitment.

Romance: One can be romantic to his/her partner while still cheating on the partner.

Finance: One can make enough financial sacrifice to his/her partner while still being domestically violent to the partner or being unfaithful.

Purpose: Is a higher order than the two above but it can still fail because in most cases, the purpose each brought into the relationship might not converge (Varying individual purposes).

Commitment: This can not be faked for long. So, it is either a partner is committed to the relationship or not. With commitment, romance will be intact, finance will be adequate because the available one will be judiciously managed for the good of all, and there will be common/genuine purpose for the good of all.
