why are you running?

You are in a federal government job, why arent you patient to climb the leader and reach the top, everything takes times

Why run to the uk and be stagnant

Building your career in your government job is better than moving to the uk. in the UK, you will be stagnant and wont get social network and career progression like you do in Nigeria

Eveeything takes time but i will rather be in Nigeria with my federal job, move up the ladder, improve on myself, build my social network, retire and get a good pension

why waste your time in the Uk living an average life

Yet more sound advice.

of course he will be one of the cabals or was connected by one of the cabals. Because, only connection will give a 34yrs(if true) above 200k federal job when their are federal professors, medical and teachers etc in their 50's , 60's still earning less than 100k or a little abv 100k.
You're funny. Where did you get this phantom information from? No professor earns less than N500K. Even medical doctors earn an average of N180K to N250K.

Since majority of the people in any one nation are stupid majority of the times,Tinubu should create an online team paid specifically to counter the Opposition's Online Japp team, responsible for flooding Nairaland and other social media platforms with these silly , daily Jappa postings.

Tinubu shouldn't overthink it. I mean by this, that he, Tinubu and his cabinet, may probably be thinking that, No, creating an online Positive Nigeria team wouldn't work because people will know that sudden positive posts are funded by government. If so, govt would be wrong because the psychology of the Stupid Majority means that they will still be influenced even if they are aware of being brainwashed. This is what those paid to organise the online Jappa campaign understand. The steady pumping out of the same message over-and-over-and-over-again influences and changes the perception of simple minds in spite of themselves.

This psychology is well understood in the West. The advent of social media however has has given it new life and deadly power.

Even with this, with the current situation after investing all your life to become a professor/medical doctor this is still small with the cost of living in this country…. A professor most likely already has a family o

What of the cost of going to all the school to become a professor?

A simple Mac book costs about 1 million naira… you might say you don’t need this, okay what of access to health when sick ? A family member got a car about 4 years ago 2.2 mill naira that Same car that should have depreciated in value is now selling for 5 mill…. Car is a 2009 model almost 15 years old car o

Hello guys,

For some days now I have been on a serious dilemma whether to resign from my federal government job that pays me above N200k for my current position and migrate to the UK or stay in naija and set up a business to augment my salary. I will be 34 years next year, I feel traveling to the uk for studies next year September will delay my chances of getting married, as I have planned not exceeding 34 years without getting married.

I belong to the school of thought that believes can make it in Nigeria despite all odds. However, considering the economic realities of the country, I have recently contemplating of japa and maybe get a Nigerian lady for marriage after my studies.

Please I earnestly need matured advice from you guys to know how to start the coming year.

For me, I will advice you to plan well before thinking of leaving. Its a foreign land you want to go to and there's no place money is being plugged from the tree there. Also ask yourself after my masters what's the next and what kind of job can I confidently apply for and get. Do your research, don't put your trust on all that a travel agent tells you.

Hello bro,
If you have the funds that can pull you through, start your application now for September intake. PLEASE suspend marriage as you will definitely get someone over here.

UK had stopped Msc students from bringing in their dependent. Please 200k is nothing to what you will have here when you eventually settled. Start and build your life here bro.

I am talking from experience, don't allow anyone to discourage you. You are still young and you have got lots of opportunities here bro. I Had to log in because of this trend and because we are in the same age bracket.

If you have the funds, pls leave as soon as possible.

This is your best time to leave sir. Don't look back, it's always good to leave while single, you can still meet up with your marriage plan even while there in the UK.. your salary is not even good enough pls for this country, the only thing keeping you is the side money you people in civil service see owing to your corrupt nature

If you can move to th US, it will be better. Your life, your future and your plans will be more stable and secure. But now that you are single, is the best time to do it.
From experience, living in the US affords you with ease what only being a billionnaire in Nigeria can afford you.
But the thing be say, here in the US you must be hard working and smart, more than you are in nigeria. Coming from a lazy govt job, you might struggle and feel stressed.

Japa one time my brother but if you must get married and stay, make sure you get married to woman with like income if not, you will find it difficult to live comfortably no matter how much you love each other because the country is turning into a mess.

I can assist you with the process of traveling through my agency if you opt for it and it will be done om the basis of payment after service. 08100353235

You can make that 200k in two days in the UK.
Once you are someone who is a stickler to the rules (you do not harass women or underaged girls, you are prudent, you love the quiet life), then you will do well in the UK.
Also, don't put time limit on things like marriage. Work towards it bit let it come when it will come. Anything other than that would make you desperate and then you are bound to make mistakes.
