Yes.. it has always been available. But I didn't mention moving to Germany. Where I am sure of is Poland. You can get their work permit in less than 3 weeks and get the TRC in 3 months if you use a very reasonable lawyer.

After getting the work permit through a lawyer, can I apply for the residency card while I am in Poland on visitor visa or I need to come back to Nigeria to apply?

Hello Nairalanders,

I need also need your suggestions and opinions similar to the person who started this thread with his question.

I'm a married man of 30 years by 26 September, 2024 with 2 kids, I am into Tech by profession and earning close to 780,000 naira as take home salary. I work in a good place with yearly promotion, and have been able to purchase a good amount of land within 2 years of my working, and also in the process of getting my first car and expanding my wife's business.

I need your advice regarding my decision of travelling as I have already commenced first phase of study visa to Austria to pursue my masters with the intention of going without my family until after studies, then I secure papers and bring them down, but I'm confused making this trip as I don't know the uncertainties when I get there, as I would be having to take up so many responsibilities from my accommodation, school fees, settling family needs back home. Is it worth it leaving my family to go search for greener pastures having explained above?
