If you want juicy and sweet tasting udara, look for the Enugu specie. Hint: the best time to buy the sweetest udara is towards the end of February. This set ripens and drops from the tree without human interference. The ones currently in the market are man-plucked and majority will have a slap taste. 17 Likes |
