Electricity consumption and water supply are not what's used to say a city looks more developed.

For instance, Accra is a bigger city than Kigali and has more people, so the argument of electricity, water consumption is useless as long as Rwandans have good enough electricity and water for their population. So this your criteria makes no sense. It's even better to use the number of skyscrapers, good roads, real estate valuations, transport system (including trains), sidewalks, parks, beaches, organization, cinemas, gyms, financial institutions, quality of buildings, etc..

In all, good roads and good buildings as well as the layout of a city are the first things people speak about when they talk about
development. Others come later but these are for first impressions and it's what I'm talking about here.

and that is why you're comfortable living in a city without water or electricity supply (those kinds of cities will never be as developed)

You can check the difference between South Korea and North Korea at night ...it's the difference between Kigali Abuja on one hand and Accra.


And that is why I didn't just pick Kigali but picked up the entire Rwanda 🤣😂

Funny enough a black American said same thing in her video.

She first visited Victoria Island and Lagos Island in general before she went to Accra. She gave her reason why she chose Accra and said unlike Lagos Island, it gives her that village feel ( she innocently thought this was a compliment to her Ghanaian fans) but boy o boy, her comment section was brutally brutal with Ghanaian tears everywhere 😂😄

She had to do a follow up video to clarify and explain what she meant by saying Ghana gives her the village feel 😄
