Angola is a must win for us on Friday. No more, no less. This is the real business end now. Every game moving forward is a final of increasing importance.

I predicted west Africa will win it. Now let me look closely to see which of them match my prediction.

Lol

Imagine a Nigeria vs. Ivory Coast final.

Anyway, there is a 5/8 chance a West African nation takes the cup this time. Hell, we could have an all West African semi final

He failed on Cote D'Ivoire's elimination at group stage and he will surely fail again about Nigeria at the semi's
Thank God SA has broken the mold.

It seems we have been sleeping on the football rivalry between the North African countries. Go to the Morocco /SA highlights video on YouTube and see Algerians celebrating like crazy. One of them said he will congratulate the Southies for 50 years nonstop๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.

If not for language barrier, footballing banter with North Africans for sweet die. Those guys are very humorous and passionate with their bantering.

Teams like CIV,Mali,SA,DRC,Gui will be praying for Nigeria to be kicked out since our high Ranked peers are out. If Angola wins(Godforbid ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ) the remaining countries will fancy their chances of winningโ€ฆLike this now they all see Nigeria as the biggest threat in this tournament.
CIV will not wanna meet 9ja
SA will not wanna meet 9ja
Mali will not wanna meet 9ja
Capeverde will not wanna meet 9ja(Although those ones will be priding that they are the portugal of africa, so bring on 9ja๐Ÿ˜ƒ)
these 4teams has seen shege in the hand of Nigeria in the last 10years

Na lie. That ref was clearly favouring Morocco. South Africa even had a clear pen he overlooked
Did they draw his attention to it.

Ordinary throw in award , the entire Moroccan team and the technical team will start a war just to get it

South Africa struggles with the West African physicality. Their speed and technical proficiency on the ball proves to be a match against North Africans time and time again.
If they can improve on their physicality, they will rule Africa.
Yea.. Let me add that they lack X-factor too. They're too reliant on their home-based players.

Yea. The ref almost lost control of the game. Man couldn't take his stand. Just imagine how they were harassing him during that penalty appeal. A no-nonsense ref would have shared yellow card make the Morocco players calm down.

How is this a bad thing?

80 percent of the team play together day in day out.

We don't banter here in west Africa compared to North Africa. What happened when Algeria beat Egypt to qualify for the world cup in 2010 was pure madness.
