Goke7:You have a coach who isn't brave enough to tweak line ups, isn't brave enough to make substitutions on time. He'll run the boys into the ground. |

We need to switch to 4 - 4 - 2 or 4 - 3 - 3 formation, either way sub off Osayi for Iheanacho. |

Aina showing class against Percy Tau SA best player and most dangerous. Imagine what he would have done to the very rash and far from composed Zaidu |

Broos has hacked something about this side. JP has to make a tactical switch |

jihday: You can't remove Lookman or iwobi that's madness. Lookman is the scorer while Iwobi is controlling the midfield. 2 Likes |

codemaniacs: Iheanacho is fit and can as well play as 10. If you want creativity in this match, only Iheanacho can bring it from the middle. |

Odunayaw:Thank you. You came to my rescue. I am not impressed. Alhassan needs to be introduced to the midfield. The midfield has been disjointed and overrun by the South Africans. |

We need to bring our backline lower. Hugo Broos has figured out that long balls are the way to destroy our defence. This game is a pure strategy war at this point. Brain versus brain. So far, Broos is winning. 2 Likes |

This is the worse match I have seen Nigeria play in this competition, osimhen is not fit, see we are missing that his front markings and pressing, and that’s what has given South African an edge so far… If osimhen is sick, he should be substituted, and I want the person they bring in to be marking from front. Bright Osayi I don’t really like His performance. Infact tbh the team is playing like they want to loose or they are tired . |

it's all a matter of how you can tweak things in the run of play. I see SA have switch up play later on in the half. Sending lopping passes upfront and relying on the speed of their forwards. Our defense have been okay, But so far SA has threatened more and Nwabali responded well. it's all down to Peseiro.. Keep to the same script or fight differently to go ahead? 1 Like |
