FUTO acceptance fee for medical students is over 200K. This does not include school fees, accommodation and other sundry fees. Year one medical students spend around 600k in total 34 Likes 2 Shares |

Harriddon:This is roughly $115 Honestly it's not bad We need to find away to improve our educational infrastructure, then attract foreign students charge them $2000 which is relatively cheap and use that to subsidies education for intelligent locals who meet certain GPA requirements 30 Likes 3 Shares |

They removed subsidy with the promise that it would free up funds for things like education. Public university education has skyrocketed in cost despite all the lies, so what exactly are Nigerians benefiting from subsidy savings? 6 Likes |

Harriddon: N169K for Medical school and you are asking if it is too much? It's too little. That's why these schools are producing mediocre and semi-educated products. Medical school is very expensive anywhere in the world. You always going to get what you pay for. 15 Likes 2 Shares |

YesDaddyTill203: Unfortunately, sadly, you are right. 170000 naira is just about 110-120 dollars. And it is on that that we expect our universites to look like Oxford and Cambridge, where they pay far higher than that. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Imagine paying this amount and still expecting to get a World class teaching and have access to world class equipment Like dem UK, Europe, US and Canada.... In this life you get what you pay for you can't compare the equipment you will get in a 1m Naira schl with a schl that takes 100k.. 6 Likes |
