Out for the rest of the season, it seems.

Now would’ve been a good time for a youth prospect to lock down that position since Malacia has never kicked a ball this season. But we have nobody. Mortifying.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe: "The fans would run out of patience if it was a 10-year plan. But it’s certainly a three-year plan to get there".

"To think that we’re going to be playing football as good as man City played against Real Madrid last season by next year is not sensible".

Not extending the Reguilon loan is appearing more senseless by the day.

Does that mean we will play Lindelof at LB for the rest of the season?

Our football decisions can be so annoying..We should have kept Reguilion honestly..

I thought so too but was under the impression it was because we wanted the space for another january loan signing which never happened so I dont understand how we're so bad at squad planning and building.Malacia is not fit.

Even when Reguilon was fit and available, ETH rarely used him. Something is amiss somewhere.

Until AWB or Malacia returns, we should get used to seeing Lindelof at LB and Magwaya at LCB.

It is senseless. Sometimes you have to wonder if ETH is not mad.

See Liverpool's response? That's a top team right there. There had like 6-7 regular starters missing but they still did a great job.

This is why having proper football people around him is important.

Man Utd is one of the only clubs that will spend big money to try to get the top-rated players in football, big money to try to get the top rate managers in football, and then fill their football executive positions with mediocre people with little or no pedigree.

So far, Sir Jim appears to be moving in the right direction. I would still like one more move which would be Paul Mitchell as Head of Recruitment, although i am not sure he would want a demotion from his job at Monaco to working below Ashworth AND there is a risk of too many cooks spoiling the broth.

Wilcox as Technical Director, Mitchell as Head of Recruitment, and Ashworth overseeing both of them as Director of Football. That would be ideal in my opinion. The days of Fletcher and co learning on the job here are hopefully numbered.

We can only hope and it seems Sir Jim wants to fix the environment first before deciding on ETH which probably means the bald man will most likely be in charge by next season.

NB: I sent another mail.

So Sir Jim is also saying Old Trafford has fallen behind in terms of standard of facilities.

Meanwhile Glazer apologists were here telling us that Old Trafford was up to standard. Sir Jim and CR7 must both be lying against the Glazers. cry

Also, the Reguilon issue is most likely from above ETH. Remember the reason we didn't go for Cucurella was because we didn't want a season long loan so the money spent would be reduced. I think this was a financial decision taken from the onset and not a coaching issue cos that is more likely than the coach telling the club management to send away his only reserve LB.

It was Expert17 that told us Old Trafford was in good shape to attack Ronaldo for criticising the Glazers...

There are many instance that Regulion was fit and available for selection that ETH decides to play Dalot at LB instead.

Seems the bald man didnt rate Regulion at all. It's not as if Spurs even need him, they loaned him out again to Brentford.

Its proper squad mismanagement from ETH and those involved.

The North remembers. Old Trafford is the only big club stadium that i have been to that if you blink when the goal is socred you will not see it again until you get home. I have been there multiple times and i have seen some cobwebby derelict parts that i did not see when i went to other big club stadiums.

I can't forgive someone who was essentially calling me a liar. grin

Not only Expert17. Those who did know themselves. cheesy

If someone tells you that there are parts of a place that have fallen into disrepair the only way you can have a point in tackling the person is if you have carried out a detailed inspection of the place yourself. Otherwise, you are just disagreeing based on agenda.

Sir Jim just said the place was up to standard maybe 20yrs ago. He too must hate the Glazers.

See how he reacted to the Greenwood issue.

The guy threw the Glazers under the bus a few times without making it too obvious. He also said we have to recruit the best people in order to create the right environment in order for the footballers to be successful. He agreed that the environment had been bad and the recruitment faulty.

He is saying the right things and making the right moves for now. Only time will tell how successful all these moves will be cos City, Liverpool, Arsenal are way ahead of us.
