Foreign Investors Are Moving To Aba Thanks To The 24/7 Geometric Power Supply. Stable power already attracting investors. Investors have begun to trickle into Aba, Abia State, barely 24 hours after Geometric Power turned on stable power in the commercial nerve centre of Abia State. According to reports, Taiwanese Directors of Maxxis Tyres visited traditional rulers in the Ukanku Community in Ukwa East LGA, Abia State to inspect lands where they are set to build a full-scale tyre production plant. Production range will include motorcycle/tricycle tyres car Ttyres light trucks, ATVs, trailer tyres and more. the report is now viral on social media. Maxxis Tyres is a brand of Cheng Shin Rubber Industry Co, a company based in Taiwan. Starting as a bicycle tyre maker in 1967, it is currently the 11th largest tyre company in the world. 1 Like

Infrastructures definitely brings investments. But apart from light, good roads and security are also important. We will surely get there one day. It's a gradual thing |

Congratulations to Abia state. Meanwhile our idiotic Anambra governor is still sponsoring some e-rats to keep undermining Peter Obi, while at the same time shouting like a b!tch that federal government needs to make gas available to electricity generating companies. When the time to support a president who would have understood this logic was on the ballot, he seriously worked against his emergence. The sort of idiots we have ruling over us is mind-boggling. And I was a massive supporter of Soludo, until his shenanigans during last year's elections. 16 Likes 1 Share |

Are you trying to say that all the investors BAT is flying the world looking for will be heading to Aba? Well, as long as Aba is still in Nigeria, it’s safe to say Nigeria has gained. 2 Likes |

Some audio noise could be useful. Geometric Power has attracted attention and curiosity while Maiduguri where electricity is abundant has created negativity. Nigerians do not like paying bills, unless there are some indirect taxes practiced by Western Region in those days, both Maiduguri and Aba surroundings will not get electricity. There are many places, estates and universities towns from Lagos to Sokoto getting reasonable electricity BUT few islands with others in darkness are not enough. If the awareness of electricity can generate more businesses and jobs, Nigeria is on its way to rural electrification. |

Govt should wake up to their responsibilities. Is it too much asking Govt to provide Security, Stable Power, Access roads & others needed for conducive environment for business & enterprises to thrive. |

AustineE1: Stop this nonsense. If Aba Power can spread and can be sustained within its surroundings by individuals paying their bills, we must celebrate it. The only Black Economic Power to date witnessed by the world came from Western Nigeria. Your treasurous and self destructive tribe is within. |

What surprised me most was the inability of Genco and Disco to merge to generate and supply light to Nigeria. 2. Why is the federal government of Nigeria finding it difficult to set up a power plant like Geometric IPP of just (880 million dollars) in every state capital? 3. Now that Power has been removed from the Exclusive list to the Concurrent list. Why State Governors can not build a power plant? If a private individual can do it. |
