You guys probably have the easier fixtures compared to the three while Tottenham have the hardest.

But then, your performance especially relative to the middle table teams is not encouraging at all. Newcastle, Arsenal (though at home) and Brighton might be that Achilles heel. Would have included Chelsea but e be like say Chelsea na Una wife

If they can hold their ground, they’ll finish 5th worst case.

England is just a few points away from the top 2 club associations. They also have the highest number of clubs remaining in Europe. They’ll probably overtake them in the next round of fixtures.

Yes, the line-ups have been weak of late. A combination of promotions and injuries. Lacey, Fitzgerald, Fletcher are injured and Scanlon, Missin, Williams have been promoted. That removes almost all the creativity in the side. Then Kingdon, Munro are injured meaning 2 out of the 3 first choice CBs are out.

As misfiring as Wheatley is, he is still our best CF because of his hold-up play and general ability. The alternatives are even worse than he is.
Lacey is back in training. If we can get him, Fitzgerald, Fletcher back we should improve.

You’re right about Wheatley. He’s the best we’ve got. It’s just annoying he misses loads of chances. Look at McNeil he’s got a good finishing but the other parts of his game sucks.

I won’t hold my breath. Mantato needs to perform consistently to claim that spot. I don’t think he’s as talented as Lacey is although he’s physically stronger.

Lacey was at the game today seated on the bench. I am sure he can't wait to get some minutes before the season ends.

Mantato is not as talented as Lacey but that edge in physicality will come in handy as they move towards the senior team. He is younger but already bigger, stronger, faster.

They need to give Lacey those Messi vitamins that Barca used back in the day. I am worried he will go the way of Angel Gomes.
