Is this for express entry? If yes, upfront medical isn't required so you can either upload an old IME or a blank sheet. If they need a new one, you'll receive a medical request. Ishoba: 1 Like |

stainless91: Yes, however for farm supervisor it would help if your employment letter states those jobs you want to claim. ALso , your agric service contractor claims should have letter head references from places you performed those services with evidence of payment for those services. I would advise that you draft the document and send to those companies for them to just put on their letter head and stamp/sign for you. If you have a company you also need the c.a.c document for it and an annual return document. |

Hi, Asking for my sister. If you are using deed of gift as POF, do you still need to show up to 6 months bank statement? Does 1 month suffice? She is under the assumption that there is no need for 6 months bank statement. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by bekayy: 4:47pm On Apr 04, 2024 |
As long as there is a gift deed. The money can enter into the account that same day. The gift deed explains the huge influx of money. No need to show statement for 6 months. Just make sure the time period shown includes that money. All the best to you all. Your sister is right. PanicButton: 6 Likes 2 Shares |

You have got it all wrong. It’s leaving it in Naira that would kill you. Leave your money in Dollars: you have already hedge against foreign exchange loss. Dollar no dey shake: na Naira dey shake. Don’t make that mistake o. What type of audit do you do? adebenson155: |

Please if I have an OND and HND from a Nigerian school and have a PGD from a Canadian College, would I still need to evaluate my certificate with WES since my highest certificate is from Canada? If yes, would I need to still evaluate my OND since it is my lowest certificate? I sincerely really need your urgent guidance. |

Hello, I would like to know for individuals who got ITA via the French stream and finally COPR. After landing in Canada, are you expected to speak French to the immigration officers? Or you can speak English. Thanks |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by GraciousWords: 10:14pm On Apr 04, 2024 |
Shukusheka: Page 1 post 3. AFAIK a PDG isn't equivalent to a Masters. To get points for 2 or more degrees under "Level of Education", evaluate your OND and HND as most people usually do OR evaluate the HND (not OND) alone and combine with with your Canadian PGD (looks like the OND alone is evaluated by WES as a 2 year degree)...... this is my understanding, research more to be 100% certain. Your PGD will fetch you 15 points for Canadian education of 1 or 2 years under the "Additional Points" - see second link on page 1 post 2. |

LadyIE: ![]() I'm not sure they go digging in your file to see if you got PR through the French draws but if push comes to shove for whatever reason, anyone with a CLB7 should be comfortable to have a conversation with a border officer in French even if there are errors....but I doubt it'll ever come to that. #PersonalOpinion 5 Likes |

Hello All, I am joining this thread today , although i have been silent tho inconsistent follower for a while. The situation of the country is now critical , one needs to move. Please , my CRS score is low but i was advised to also check in the PNP. I have tried accessing the PNP site but most of the advertised jobs , 99% clearly states that *one must be eligible or authorized to legally work in canada* , which means , one must possess a visa already or already in the country. This makes it a little bit difficult for a foreign applicant. I want to ask if anyone here or know anyone here (Nigerian), who has ever gotten or been a beneficiary of the PNP? To which province please? Which category of work are more likely to clinge the PNP? And what advise or tactic can be appliead for someone like me , who is aiming same? Thank you for your assistance |

I applied for a family visiting visa for me and my son of 17 years and the visa was granted, my son was given 9 years. while I was given just a month visa due to my biometric expiration date which is just a month to completion of 10 years that I last did my biometric (my thought) Now I couldn't make it to travel with my son and my visa has expired while his own is still valid. What should I do? Can I raise a webform to request for a renewal or i should just re apply alone |

The Pearson Test of English (PTE) is not very popular but another easier substitute for both IELTS and CELPIP. PTE comprises of three sections and has shorter tasks compared to IELTS. The exam is cmpletely computer based and all 3 sections are written in one day (2hrs) and the results are released in two days. Looking for something new to try if you've given IETLS many attempts, PTE is your next bet. All comprehensive study material and exam questions between now and May are available. Hi house, please I have an urgent question if anyone can help please or share their experience it will go a long way. I'm in Canada presently, as I applied last year to come in through study route and it was approved. The issue is, now I want to apply for in-demand skills nomination through the Ontario PNP, and tweak my work experience to align with any of the roles in demand. Do you think they would be able to verify especially since I applied for the study visa and they now have all my documents with my initials job roles? The only thing I'm changing is the job role, but the companies I worked with will remain the same. Please advise, I'm running out of time and I need help |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by AyabaS: 8:47pm On Apr 05, 2024 |
Chinwendufedi: Yes, this is easily verifiable. It may fly with OINP but its the same IRCC that processed your study permit that will also process your PR application. If your records indicate that you worked with Company A as a plumber in 2022, you can’t suddenly decide you worked there as a driver instead during the same period, you’ll be caught. 3 Likes |

Yes, it's easily verifiable during eligibility checks. If the roles are similar, leave it like that. Work on the job descriptions (which wasn't in the study permit) as this is the key thing that justifies your eligibility for anu NOC Chinwendufedi: |
