yoruboid:I think I share ur resolve and school of thought...... judging from the way he talks Nd jesticulate I strongly feel obi's performance will be so abysmal......Good luck Jonathan pro max .....he will be so loyal to some idiots called cabals and king makers .....and not firm and authoritative......the northern elites will capitalize on his meekness and override his veto thereby sabotaging his govt with conflict ......the ipob things will begins to show off more since to them their bloder and tribesman is in power ....he will maintain strict contractionary monetary policy and fiscal compliance thereby bringing massive deflations in the country ......tunubu is not refined or ok at all but peter obi will not bring in any positive effect .....before u argue make sure ur sound otherwise face front 4 Likes |

helinues: If the highlighted is affirmative it means the govt as to step up in its regulatory role, I see no reason why Price regulatory agency can not be revamped to subdue the opportunist & greed mindset of typical Nigerians Besides Nigeria is said to practice a Mixed economy, fate of Nigerians shouldnt be left completely in the hands of Private Sector |

We are approaching planting season when people will invest their disposable income with the hope of making profit or having food. That will slow down demand for imported goods and further the strengthening process of the Naira. |

SlavaUkraini:Can you produce at the rate of 1,700 to a dollar and sell below production cost just because dollar has crashed to 1000 or below?. Remember production is continuous in the manufacturing sector. If they bought raw materials at 1,700 to a dollar and set the cost of their final product at 2,000 for instance, and they have loads of that raw materials in their warehouses, they must first exhaust those ones before producing with fresh ones bought at reduced imported costs. Before the naira's strength could have some positive impacts, we will enter june or july. 2 Likes |

koyeni: How is it a bad time esp. when Majority of the traders have form a resistance and refuse to drop price .... when dollar reduce, it is then omo igbo know say it will take 3months for new shipment to arrive, But as selfish, inhuman and wicked as traders are, if dollar jump to 1500 today, by evening the whole market will increase there price again, all that talk we bought stock at 1900 will disappear ... naa another theory we go hear What i found funny the most is, every trader in Nigeria or every stock in warehouse was bought when dollar was 1900 ... xchange rate that didnt even last 2 weeks haba ! 4 Likes |
