Nigerian music industry, musicians and entertainers are the greatest beneficiaries of spraying money in occasions but EFCC have now left their job of going after criminal politicians that loot the country to now Nigerians spraying money at events. The same way tinubu destroyed INEC, judiciary and economy is the same way he is going to destroy our music industry…Afro beats will die a natural death within one year, mark it somewhere

Congratulations on his release
a very big shame on Nigeria system, Bobrisky was arrested for similar offense and he was jailed and now it is turn of Cubana chief priest, the table turn... God bless the united States of America, Rkelly was arrested and prosecuted, Pdiddy case is still on now, they don't do selective justice but you see this hell called Nigeria, a very big shame on us all....

Nigerian celebrities are rejoicing following the release of celebrity var man, Cubana Chief Priest from EFCC.

Earlier today, Chief Priest was arraigned by the EFCC over the charge of Naira mutilation amongst others.

Reports from Channels Television stated that EFCC filed a three-count charge against the businessman for spraying and tampering with the naira at a social event contrary to the provisions of the Central Bank Act of 2007.

Pascal arrived before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court, Lagos on Wednesday morning, April 17th, 2024, and pleaded not guilty to the charges of naira abuse. The celebrity barman was granted N10 million bail.

Sharing a photo of himself after release, Cubana Chief Priest appreciated those who have been checking on him since the time he was arrested, saying their messages and love made him humble. He also bragged about being famous with claims that money is water.

Taking to his comment section, the likes of Davido, Mercy Eke, IK Ogbonna, Isreal DMW, and others left a message for him.

This isn’t the first time, Cubana will have trouble with EFCC. In 2022, he was arrested on cases related to money laundering and tax fraud.

The socialite was in their custody for days and had even spent his birthday in their custody. However, he was released on Monday, April 4th, 2022 to the cheers of his fans, followers, friends, colleagues, and lovers.

The news of his freedom was made known by his colleague, Soso Soberekon who shared a photo of himself and Okechukwu on his verified Instagram page, hailing him for being trusted and tested.

Davido was one of the many celebrities who rejoiced with him, as he described him as his best friend.

First find money before the end come bros. If na u efcc hold,na end is coming for bail you out? End go come we know, but let’s focus on making excess money first.. Shey u dey see them GOs them? No go dull o!

Don't be an illiterate.

It's not money that gives him bail, it is a normal procedure.

It is a bailable offence. Court will not hold anyone in custody due to this. Once you meet bail conditions, you go home but must never miss court session, else you would be held in contempt of the court .

There is extreme psychological effects attached to going to court. It keeps playing in your head every day.

Forget this public stunt, the guy knows he is in trouble.

Selective Justice is Injustice. The person that pleaded guilty and leniency was jailed for 6 months. Meanwhile the person that arrogantly pleaded not guilty with evidences of him being guilty all over the internet was granted bail.

It's not about pleading guilty or not guilty.

Who can prove that Chief Priest is not guilty with all the videos? Chief Priest himself knew he was guilty. He's only buying time for more connections and press more buttons.

Is Obi Cubano not close to Tinubu son?

My take is that all our celebrities are guilty of this offense. Probably they all should match to EFCC office and tender unreserved apologies for currency mutilation. I wouldn't want to see our celebrities in jail o. Entertainment industry will suffer for it.
