Vischy:That is Peter Obi's legacy. He did not build a single school, not even a nursery school for 8 years. The kids in this class will just be laughing at Obidients fooling themselves with glossy online pictures of those private missionary schools 😂 14 Likes 2 Shares |

Peter Obi would have reached those school if he is still in government. How was this school in obi era? It would have made enrich the contest because it's as if someone is indirectly shading the current governor. 5 Likes |

YourMrBoo: Those government schools weren't like this during peter obi's time because he touched practically every public school. It's just a matter of maintenance which is a poor culture in Africa. 9 Likes 1 Share |

chopnaira: This shows you are simply a troll. You are looking at a dilapidated school, a school laying in ruins and you are talking about building new ones? What happened to the old and existing schools? Are they functioning and in good condition? What about hygiene? This why Peter obi went into renovations and remodeling to bring the existing schools back to life. 11 Likes 2 Shares |

YourMrBoo: Wait a minute. Anambra school wins award even though it's private, you give credit to Peter Obi not even Soludo or Obiano. Now that there are pictures of dilapidated school, you quickly say Obi is no longer in power ..you want to eat your cake and have it too. Somehow Obi forgot to bring this one back to life 😂 10 Likes 1 Share |

YourMrBoo: Finally, this is another anti-Obi, Reno inspired bs, not really about school buildings. BTW, which state in Nigeria has good school buildings? Just name one, and you will see floods of depilatated buildings worse than this. Despite these buildings, the state continued to lead you in academic performance. |

I know it's a matter of time before someone brings up the pictures of Abbott Boys/Girls in this PO saga. The dude even captured ETF funded desks from PO era, who does that. . Then went on to totally ignore the new structures on ground. Odimma What we lack is good maintenance culture. In the peak days 1990-2000 Abbott Boys and Girls, Boys High School Azia, Uli Boys, St. Anthony's, Okija girls were hosting population of students in hundreds and that accounted for he massive expanse of lands and classroom blocks. With the proliferation of Private and Missionary schools the population decreased. Same thing when we had the option of govt owned universities before the private ones came on board. Most of those structures are empty because nobody to fill them. So it's a play ground for monkey post and the emenite ceilings are used as table tennis bats (I know because we follow use am that year ) I forgot to mention they had chapels and large dinning halls. So the OP ended up with a bias view and photos. 1 Like |

eagleu:I was waiting to read one sensible comment and yours cuts it I must say. The kind of people that populated this platform and others are so so annoying! What's with all these senseless comparison that we thrive in? We joke and banter with everything in this country. It's all about who wins the gbas gbos! If you have served anywhere in Nigeria, you will find these sort of delapidated structures. It is only what the government want you to see that they put out there. Go into the interior local governments and you will know we still have a long way to go in education. I served in Rivers state (an oil rich state) and it was shocking to see what I was used to seeing in the north and other parts of the country i have been to. We need to wake up and hold our Governors accountable and "leave" politics for politicians. Teachers are underpaid and have to cope with such structures. |
