You guys get problems, massive one
I watched a YouTube videos on all possible routes to change from visitor visa to work permit or residence permit. I wrote out the points and posted it, instead of sharing the channel.

Is there anything new in what I posted?
Romance, refugee, humanitarian, or job seeking?

Someone wrote epistles to condemn everything.
This page is for information, not condemnation.
Someone shared information on GCMS note, many people tried it and gave feedback.

Let our people know what's on ground, do your homework before jumping into aeroplanes.

Only route naija sabi for Canada na asylum
Asylum close the doors on every other options and people are seeking asylum at port of entry.

For pesin running mouth about me being in uk, and applied to Canada.
Well, if I'm illegal in uk, I can't apply.
I don't know what is wrong with some people.
Pls, don't channel your frustrations toward me.

Firstly, educate yourself because you, with a Master's degree in the UK, still did not evaluate your level of intelligence or ability to comprehend. Try to understand the difference between condemnation and constructive criticism, which you cannot grasp. If you make a point and somebody has an opposing view, you see it as condemnation without proving that what the person wrote is untrue. Sorry, but you wasted your money going to school for a Master's in the UK if you do not have an educational debate mindset!

I have no strong reply for you because you are just a desperate visa applicant and don't have a mind of your own. You constantly seek words of encouragement ,cheap sentiment and unrealistic prophecies on visa applications. Keep deceiving yourself and plan to relocate aboard on visit visa looking for LMIA . It's a shame that is making many not return home. A man who sold his business and property in Nigeria to relocate ABOARD would prefer to die in shame abroad than return home IN NIGERIA to face his failure. Get your facts right. Many Nigerians are stuck aboard , and shame prevents them from returning home. I'm not against relocating abroad, but let's be well-informed and lower our expectations. The grass is not greener on the other side, and do not follow the crowd because everybody's situation is different. I do not follow mediocrity!

I have never understood how many Nigerians think. You are planning to do something you don't know much about, and people with first-hand experience are telling you all the ways it could go wrong. Instead of listening and perhaps making tweaks to your plans, you declare the advisers to be 'bad belle' and hurl insults at them. Even with ample data and evidence that you're on a path with very limited chances of success, you take a deep dive β€” hook, line, and sinker β€” and hope for the best.

The average Nigerian always thinks his case will be different. I'm sure our overly-religious nature contributes to this way of thinking. "Me, I will find mercy." "God will work a miracle for me." "Where many have failed, I shall succeed." LOL.

I don't think there's any point in arguing with people who want to embark on a journey that will most likely lead to catastrophe. We are all adults, and people should be free to lay their beds however they want to β€” as long as they lie on it without complaining.

Hello, so I want to apply for visit visa for my elder sister and her 14year old daughter.

Will her daughter be considered a minor? And is the daughter's own visa application just the same like an adult?

NOTE: she has two sons in Canada on student visa, going to see them.

Let those strong head people sell whatever they can and migrate with Canada VV.

The more you are trying to advise, then expect to get attacked seriously over and over again 😊😊😊.

Bros abeg leave them, they say experience is the best teacher.

I have seen lot them begging to pay house rent here.

Some of the students go as far as dropping out of school especially when they can’t afford the tuition for the next semester.

Then, they go claim asylum. Lot of them had long received deportation order to leave Canada but they are ashamed to come online to update you guys.

I have stopped giving advice to friends that call me they are arriving Canada on Visit Visa. My advice goes thus, if you intend to migrate using VV, the best place to go is the US.

You guys can reach out to those who arrived Canada in 2023 and ask how the thing dey go? Majority of them don’t visit Nairaland again to give update anymore, they want you current guys about embarking on this journey to face similar fate.

Majority of them had gotten negative NOD after their hearing while the rest are awaiting their hearing date.

Why can't you just let them be and stop being nosy. The fact that you are doing well in Nigeria, doesn't mean others are too. I have said it before, that route is not for those who are doing well in Nigeria, because you might be feeling some kind of regrets on why you embark on such a journey. It's for those who doesn't have anything doing in Nigeria, so they are better-off in Canada as an asylum seekers than be a deadbeat in Nigeria.

You stay in your Nigeria and let others be, everyone has different destiny. Don't use yours to judge others. A" made it Big in Nigeria, doesn't mean B" will find such favor. Most of the registered agents are dubious too. They will promise heaven and earth when they themselves know that the chance of getting the visa (especially work visa) is close to zero.

After refusal, they will come with all the stories on earth and then promise to give you 10 or 20% on your next application.

Don't be deceived by their smooth talks, because the majority of these so-called agents (either registered or not) are crooks.

Actually, it concerns every one of us when Nigerians run away on visit visas. Countries have made it very difficult for Nigerians to get simple visas because abusers who promised to come back home after their visit turned around and claimed asylum. Even worse is the fact that nearly all of those asylum claims are bogus, and most of them end up being denied and deported.

I actually don't care what anyone does with their life. Go and get stuck in Canada. Freeze to death in the colds of Toronto. Line up in a queue of 1,000+ people to get a simple job as a sales attendant. None of it is my business. What I care about is to not be harassed by immigration officials because of the bad reputation of my countrymen. I don't want to be faced with unnecessary scrutiny just because I am a Nigerian. I don't want a situation where they are deciding the visa application of other people within two weeks, but mine will take two years simply because I'm Nigerian.

It's funny how when there is news of some country banning Nigerian travelers, people like you will be the first to call for the government's head. But here you are vehemently defending those who ruin our collective reputation and make us unwelcome in many countries.

I've noticed you in various groups, including the Brazil group,How to travel to usa without a visa and other travel group . As you explore these adventurous routes, please remember that life is precious. No matter how difficult things may seem in Nigeria, it's not worth risking your life to end up lost in a jungle somewhere in South America. Also, selling your property and business to relocate abroad on a tourist visa is a not good decision. I wish you all the best

I appreciate your research. One thing I advise is not to believe everything you see on platforms like YouTube because the sole aim of content creators is to make money, increase their views, likes, and ultimately promote their paid consultation services. It's best to talk to people on the ground in the country you're planning to visit and not base your decision solely on YouTube videos. Now, ask yourself, how many of those YouTuber content creators are registered immigration consultants? Additionally, it's one thing to state the law, but how practical are LMIA or the truck driving claims made in those videos? Furthermore, that guy in the video is a social worker in the UK who suddenly becomes a Canada immigration consultant on YouTube, talking about easy truck driving routes, when he likely lacks practical knowledge on these issues. For me, I'm not against whatever decision anybody decides to make, but be well informed about the likely outcomes of your decisions, whether positive or negative, so you don't end up on the streets of Toronto or struggling for job or housing then blaming anybody.

Lol.. visa officer cum visa orator don come.. someone that can't advise his immediate family now become special adviser on visa thread session..keep ur advice to ur self..ur arrogance speak volume ..I wonder who ur delusional advice don help here!

From the way you talk and type with so much anger, and never see any wisdom or common sense in other people's arguments but looking for sentimental visa prophecy online .. now I see why you never did well in life or business in Nigeria. You need to calm down and listen to people's arguments, not just react online blindly as you often do. Now, your life hangs on a visa outcome as you come online daily tracking canada visit visa daily . So sad

You can choose to see me anywhere I don't care. I'm only saying the truth and nothing but the truth. Who you epp? You're just pained like a dumped girlfriend. Don't say what you don't know about me. People that journeyed that route are all leaving comfortably well in the USA and Canada. Driving jaguar for that matter Ooo πŸ˜‚.

You guys should just stop discouraging people that's all. Not everyone of them will come be talking about their successes and what they've achieved so far since they arrived on social media. Things they happen for NA. If you know you know. So lock up obontee🀐 #jew

Bro don't mind those delusional pained ass set of people. They are just being envious and pained that's all. Trying to discourage others.
An asylum seeker in Canada or USA is better than a minimum wage earner in Nigeria. Prove me wrong y'all.❓ #Haters #Jew #Antagonist
